 Company Secretary (CS) executive is one of the legal representatives of a company to perform and manage various regulatory functions. Company Secretary also plays a definite role as a Business Advisory to the Board of Directors by guiding them incorporate laws; corporate governance; strategic management; project planning; capital markets & securities laws. In short; a Company Secretary works as an in-house legal expert and compliance officer with the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

·         Previous experience of working for listed companies is mandatory.

·         Advising on good governance practices and compliance of Corporate, Governance norms as prescribed under various Corporate, Securities and Other Business Laws and regulations and guidelines

·         Assists in developing a corporate and social sustainability framework if applicable

·         Handles the promotion, formation and incorporation of companies and matters related therewith

·         Responsible for filing, registering any document including forms, returns and applications by and on behalf of the company as an authorized representative like MOU, Sale deed, DSC maintain and record keeping of office and plant Maps, and other legal documents.

·         Coordinate the board/general meetings and follow-up actions thereof Manages all tasks relating to Securities and their transfer and transmission Acts as the custodian of corporate records, statutory books and registers.

·         Manages the Secretarial/Compliance Audit Signing of Annual Return where necessary and responsible for other declarations, attestations and certifications under the Companies Act, 1956, corporate laws and acts particularly relating to Securities and Exchange Board, Consumer Protection, Environment, Labour, Mergers

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Authorized Partners (APs).

Responsibilities:

• Act as a Techno-Functional Consultant and maximize adoption of our company.
• Assist & train Customers to implement their process and help them to resolve their support queries.
• Increase overall retention and do in-depth analysis to create up-sell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Eliminate risks proactively and share product feedback and experience with the Product team.
• Showcase newly released features and maximize consumption, share a road-map with customers and gather their feedback to improvise the product.
• Delivering and communicating ROI for our clients, throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Being the trusted partner for the customer on the use-case and product functionality.
• Customer onboarding, training, and support.
• Making customers aware of resources such as knowledgebase articles, tutorials, how-to videos, and webinars.
• Gathering customer feedback and sharing it internally to improve the product and/or establish better Customer Support practices.
• Analyzing customer data and helping them discover aspects of the product that are most beneficial to them.
• Carrying out periodic health checks to avoid churn.
• Firefighting during account escalations.
• Account management and renewals.
• Keeping customers updated on changes to the product they're using, new features, and new products they might find useful.
• Encouraging customer advocacy through internal NPS surveys, external reviews, case studies, testimonials, and referrals.
• Upselling and cross-selling through review of customers' progress.

Requirements:

• Post Graduation (MBA).
• Experience of a growing company with a focus on personal growth.

Experience: 
- 4-10 years of Full Stack Application development experience is must. 
- Deep understanding of client side development, coding in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6, and jQuery. 
- Strong experience using a client side MVC framework such as NodeJS, React JS, NextJS and Redux.
- Top notch programming skills and write code for robust software design. 
- Experience in responsive design, cross browser compatibility and website performance. 
- Experience in object oriented design skills. 
- Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills. 
- Good understanding of how browsers and DOM work. 
- Experience with Git/Bitbucket. 
- Experience with handling Services, RESTful, APIs. 
 
Responsibilities : 
- To work with a cross-functional software development team on highly visible strategic projects as an expert level individual contributor to the coding tasks assigned. 
- Responsible for development of highly responsive, web based UI in a flexible and well-structured frontend architecture. 
- Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON 
- Experience with third party libraries and APIs 
- Produce well designed efficient code in a timely manner to meet delivery timescales/milestones. 
- Mentor other developers on software best practices technical guidance and help grow their software development skill sets. 

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
• Experience developing desktop and mobile applications
• Familiarity with common stacks
• Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
• Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. PHP, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js)
• Knowledge of AWS Cloud (EC2,S3,Lambda,SES)

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Responsible for development and maintenance of applications with technologies involving Enterprise Java and Distributed  technologies.
2. Experience in Hadoop, Kafka, Spark, Elastic Search, SQL, Kibana, Python, experience w/ machine learning and Analytics     etc.
3. Collaborate with developers, product manager, business analysts and business users in conceptualizing, estimating and developing new software applications and enhancements..
4. Collaborate with QA team to define test cases, metrics, and resolve questions about test results.

6. Develop components based on business and/or application requirements
