React Developer

Responsibilities:
• Research, design and build highly reliable, available, and scalable solutions that can
handle Millions of API calls across systems.
• Own large technical deliverables and execute in a structured manner, complete
ownership of functional Services that your team is responsible for.
• Take the accountability of the overall health of the products you build and
predictability of the deliverables of your team.
• Lead by example, mentor and guide team members on everything from structured
problem solving to development of best practices
• Platformize components as libraries, utilities and servicify and promote reuse.
• Be able to conceptualize and develop prototypes quickly
• Drive the technical roadmap of the team in collaboration with Product and Business
Teams.

Requirments:
• BTech, MTech in Computer Science or a related technical discipline (or equivalent).
Or high technical acumen and rich technical experience
• Good understanding of how the web works and Strong proficiency with HTML,CSS,
JavaScript
• Hands on experience with ReactJS
• Experience with Typescript, NextJS will be a plus.
• Strong experience on with the react ecosystem for eg, redux, react-query, reactrouter etc.
• Experience with NextJS will be a plus.
• Knowledge on deployment and hosting react apps & server side rendering will be a
plus.

Your primary focus will be working on new user interface components which are modern, secure, performant, and easy to maintain - following well-known React.js workflows and recognised best practices.

• Developing new user-facing features for our clients using React.js
• Translating functional requirements (User Stories/Tasks) and wireframes into high quality code with tests
• Working with architects, developers, and QA engineers to ensure that your work is testable, meets industry security standards and is written to deliver good performance/scalability.
• Perform application and solution development to meet project requirements.
• Develop and document detailed technical designs to meet business requirements.
• Manage multiple technical environments and support the development and testing processes.

Experience working with the IBM Maximo software product within the following capacities:

 

• Tech. in Computer Science, Engineering or Business-related field and/or equivalent work experience.
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
• Minimum five (5) years of work experience in React application development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Demonstrable expertise in software development in an Agile setting
