Job Title: Salesforce Administrator

Preferred Location: Pune

Job Type: Contract (6 months)

Job Summary-

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be

responsible for maintaining and optimizing Salesforce platform to support business processes

and enhance user experience. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Salesforce

administration, and possesses the Salesforce Administrator certification.

Key Responsibilities-

● Manage and Maintain Salesforce: Configure and manage Salesforce applications to

meet business needs, including user roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and

custom objects.

● User Support and Training: Provide ongoing support for Salesforce users, resolving

issues and ensuring a seamless user experience. Conduct user training sessions as

needed.

● Data Management: Maintain data integrity by performing regular data audits, managing

duplicates, and overseeing data imports/exports.

● Customization and Configuration: Develop custom reports, dashboards, and

workflows to meet stakeholder requirements. Implement enhancements and upgrades in

alignment with best practices.

● System Integration: Support the integration of Salesforce with other business

applications. Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure seamless data flow.

● Security and Compliance: Monitor and enforce data access and security policies,

ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

● Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within Salesforce and

collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions.

● Release Management: Manage and support Salesforce releases, testing new

functionality, and deploying updates to production environments.

Requirements-

● Certification: Must hold a valid Salesforce Advanced Administrator or at least Salesforce

Administrator (ADM-201) certification.

● Experience: 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a similar role.

● Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce platform configuration, workflow automation,

reporting, and dashboards. Knowledge of Salesforce data security models and data

management.

● Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to

think critically and make informed decisions.

● Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for user

training, support, and cross-team collaboration.

● Attention to Detail: Meticulous with a focus on maintaining data accuracy and integrity

• Research trending topics in social media, influencer marketing, and lifestyle niches.
• Write engaging, SEO-friendly blog posts that resonate with our target audience, budding influencers, content creators,
• Use keyword research tools to optimize content for search engines.
• Assist in content planning and work closely with the marketing team to align blog content with social media efforts.
• Proofread and edited blog posts before publication.

• Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.
• Accurately recording details of customers’ purchase orders.
• Processing all customer purchases accordingly.
• Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.
• Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
• Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.

• Own the product strategy; Understand customer requirements, market gaps/ need gaps and drive release-level feature choices.
• Connect activities and deliverables to business outcomes.
• Should be highly granular & hands-on.
• Constantly test his own products, create edge cases and if required should have the ability to write and define product specs from scratch.
• Have the ability to be able to work with complex cross functional teams/ should be able to influence cross functional teams: Engineers, Architects, category, business & finance.
• Should be data obsessed.
• Derive insights from data and use the same for product improvements and iterations.
• Also educate cross functional teams with actionable derived from deep data insights.
• Must aggressively defend a good strategy against random changes, fads and single-customer escalations.
• Candidate must push to allocate technical resources strategically among products.
• Integrate usability studies, market analysis, CST use-cases, NPS related data into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and execute product specs for further execution.
• Design and execute a continuous testing plan for important end-to-end flows working

• Should have the experience of managing healthy conflicts and drive people towards the customer goals and organisation priorities.
• Should have the ability to define economic rationale for every major effort and translate into metrics.
• Hand in hand with QA team to deliver excellent experience.
• Work experience in the Ecommerce industry is highly preferred.

• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycle i.e., sourcing qualified candidates to deploying selected candidates with the clients.
• Understanding & analyzing the requirement of the position based on the client’s specifications.
• Experience in End-to-end recruitment: Sourcing to onboarding candidates.
• Sourcing of candidates via internet postings, networking, headhunting, and internal Database.
• Ability to source resumes quickly and work on multiple positions simultaneously Thorough screening applications for identifying quality candidates.
• Sound knowledge on Sourcing Candidates thru REDEX, Monster & various Job Sites.
• Excellent knowledge in Boolean function & usage of various job board databases.
• Foster long-term relationships with candidates and clients
• Draft job descriptions push them through all talent acquisition channels and coordinate candidate sourcing with the same.
• Doing junior to middle-level hiring for all verticals.
• Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met.
• Format resumes meeting client expectations.
• Telephonic Screening of the profiles checking for Technical Fitment, Behavioral Fitment, Stability, etc.
• Utilize your innovative and effective convincing and negotiation skills to impress and attract top talent.
• Follow up with candidates and clients and maintain records of progress.
• Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.
• Keep up to date with new technological trends and products
• You need to be comfortable being an individual contributor and working in an ambiguous, chaotic, and fast-paced work environment.
• Effective negotiating skills Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, etc
• Strong decision-making skills
