LogiNext is looking for a dynamic generalist marketer who will be responsible for the growth of our blog and website traffic. Your role would involve writing blogs, building marketing collateral, internal communication material, content for social media, newsletters and other related activities.

To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with tools like Adobe Suite, Hubspot, Google Analytics and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects. You have exposure to large scale cloud SaaS based software companies or from B2B domain (this is a big plus). Responsibilities

Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door Strictly follow the content/editorial calendar to stick to industry standard content marketing and amplification process which will gradually increase qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, eBooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.). Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups Connect with influential media outlets and journalists to place stories about company news and other initiatives. Assist with event planning, including working with vendors, event coordinators, and design teams for on-site collateral Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree of higher in Arts/Commerce/Science/Technology 2 to 3 years of experience in B2B Marketing Understanding of marketing methodologies and blogging software (WordPress) in order to generate traffic and understand converting visitors into qualified leads. Fair understanding of marketing automation for B2B segment, conversion analytics funnel and ABM campaigns Demonstrable experience in managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, Web Trends) A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication Experience in public relations, corporate communications, content marketing, or event management will be an added advantage Able to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment

Job Description:

• Works with team to drive improvements in code quality via manual testing
• Works to develop and execute QA strategies to meet and exceed corporate quality goals
• Delivers on capabilities for the product suite automation strategy
• Develops manual and automated test cases and configurations needed to meet testing of business requirements
• Executes test cases/scripts to ensure delivery of quality software applications, including Systems Integration, Regression, and Performance Testing 
• Generates test data to support the requirements and test case for various test phases
• Building and maintenance of quality standards as well as enforcing technical and testing standards
• Creates logs to document testing phases and defects
• Monitors and tracks resolution of defects and takes part in daily standup 
• Designs, monitors, and analyzes quality assurance metrics such as defect, defect counts, test results, and test status
• Identifies opportunities to adopt innovative testing technologies and techniques
• Looks beyond the obvious for continuous improvement opportunities

Qualification and Experience Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical disciplines, or equivalent work experience required
• 3+ years of experience in Technology, with an emphasis on QA, and proven ability in writing test cases, running functional or performance tests, and managing defects
• Solid experience in test-driven development, unit testing, functional testing, system integration testing, regression testing
• Must have proven analytical and problem-solving skills to help validate, verify, communicate & report software application issues
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Solid knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC and STLC
• Working knowledge of test management software like Jira
• Strong in analytical skills and should be a team player
• Competent in executing test cases and passionate about quality
• Ability to handle conflict effectively

The Role

Provides project leadership to team on small to medium-sized projects in areas such as product development, research, process development and organizational development. Work collaboratively with Project Management Leader to run the projects smoothly and Keeps management and stakeholders informed of schedules, priorities, and problems. Prepares and executes translation projects. Does not typically have management responsibilities such as hiring, performance appraisals, and pay reviews; however, may assist with such decisions and activities.

• Leads project team to ensure that projects are completed on time and according to requirements.
• Continuously monitors progress and risks and promptly acts to resolve issues, escalating if needed.
• Facilitates communication upward and across project teams including project status, risks, justifications for variances.
• Serves as a focal point for other departments on project status or other project information.
• Develops, maintains and communicates Project Plans and executes projects according to the developed plans.
• Performs Internationalization and translation project intakes and coordinates findings with development teams.
• Performs technical translation project preparations, project execution and translation deliveries.
• Assigns project team and/or ensures that the project team assigned has skills and qualifications needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in business, software engineering or computer science, or equivalent.
• Overall 5 - 7 Years of experience in Project management.
• Required 2-5 years of technical experience in software development and/or software project management and/or translation project management.
• Ability to prioritize projects and activities to ensure completion of projects on time and within budget.
• Good management skills with knowledge of software translation processes and their interdependence.
• Good knowledge of translation processes like technical preparation, translation execution, QA.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, decision making and communications skills.
• Excellent skills in presentation/spreadsheet/collaboration software.  
• Familiar with Project Management tools.
• Excellent English skills, verbal and written. Fluent in at least one other language.

6-9 years of relevant experience in building webapps at scale

You must have strong understanding of semantic HTML / HTML5, CSS / CSS3.

You must have a good understanding of MVC architecture.

Prior work experience in ReactJS is Must

You must have experience in setting up the full UI workflow layer right from Development, Testing, Building and Deployment.

Never give up attitude

Experience in frameworks like Bootstrap, Foundation and CSS pre-processors like SASS and LESS is desirable.

You should have exposure to page speed improvement techniques.

Exposure of building responsive websites at scale will be a plus.

Prior exposure to building React Native components for Hybrid mobile apps will be a plus

Prior work experience in Angular, Backbone along with ReactJs is desirable.
