Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Flutter Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in building mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms using Flutter and managing application state efficiently using GetX. You will work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-performance mobile applications using Flutter.
• Build and deploy apps for Android and iOS platforms.
• Implement state management using GetX.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Participate in code reviews and team meetings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in developing and deploying Flutter applications.
• Hands-on experience with both Android and iOS development.
• Strong knowledge of GetX for state management.
• Proficient in Dart programming language.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles.
• Experience in working with APIs and backend integration

Responsibilities:

• Build user journeys and communication strategies for every funnel the user goes through in the app
• Build highly engaging campaigns across user funnels to increase conversion rates
• Drive repeat users, referrals through Email, Push Notifications and other product touchpoints
• Plan & run defined experiments - test open rates, CTR, messaging, conversion rates and renewals.
• Work with internal and external stakeholder to seamlessly drive all campaigns 
• Constantly look for funnel drop offs and optimise every step to increase conversion rates
• Share data on daily, weekly and monthly basis with the larger team

Requirement:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in working with user engagement platforms like WebEngage
• Experience in building user funnels across app and web and proven record of successfully driving engagement and conversions
• Knowledge of HTML coding to create emailers is a must
• Experience working in a B2C product or Edtech is preferrable

• Develop, implement, and maintain applications developed around the Shopify/Shopify Plus platform.
• Knowledge of Ajax, Liquid, HTML, CSS, JS, JQuery is mandatory requirements.
• Knowledge for Wordpress Theme customization, Plugins installation.
• Answer various questions from our clients and attend the solution delivery meetings with the team.
• Contribute to quality control activities with the team.
• Take part in the improvement of standards within the Shopify practice.
• Creative and open to new ideas.
• Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques.

What you need to have:

• Looking for 0-30 Days and Notice Period Serving resources (Across the Globe)
• 4-13 years developing n-tier modern software applications in a highly transparent agile organization with iterations, continuous integration, and a drive for quality
• At least 4 years of experience in software development building Web Services in Java, SpringBoot, Elasticsearch, and Open source technologies
• At least 4 years UI programming experience with JavaScript, CSS, JSON
• At least 3 years using ReactJS or VueJS, jQuery and Bootstrap, or similar frameworks
• Experienced in service layer integration (e.g. data, authentication, 3rd party systems) using Ajax and REST APIs.
• Experienced in UI and backend unit testing, functional testing, and performance testing tools.
• Must have experience building responsive web applications and related best practices.
• Experience in building Micro Services using cloud native environments like Azure, Spring Cloud, AWS or GCP with sound understanding of Micro Services Design Patterns
• Strong interpersonal, written communication, and presentation skills
• Experience with real-time streaming processing (Kafka/Storm) is preferred
• Proven ability to design and implement web services in a RESTful manner, along with understanding our broader service-oriented architectures
• Proven ability to work within a cross functional agile team
• Must be a self-starter and able to work well with others in a fast-paced agile environment with an emphasis on collaborating and assisting the team to meet business objectives
• Ability to use tools such as JIRA, Git, etc. preferred
• Experience with containerized environments such as PCF, Docker, etc. is highly desirable

• Strong experience in Flutter development for Android & iOS app
• Expertise in 3rd Party API implementation
• Experience in using GMAPS, FIREBASE other 3rd Party plugins
