About the Role

As an Academic Counsellor, you will be the face of Infinity Learn, guiding students and parents in leveraging our products for optimal learning outcomes. This role involves being an individual contributor in a high-performance, employee-oriented environment, driving Infinity Learn's vision of unique and impactful education.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Achievement:

• Drive sales growth through consultative outbound and follow-up calls with prospective students and parents.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, managing the sales process to closure.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Client Engagement:

• Address objections, negotiate pricing, and generate sales revenue.
• Build long-term relationships with students and parents by providing excellent after-sales support.
• Conduct need analysis to recommend the most suitable programs.

Product Knowledge:

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's offerings and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new product launches.

Reporting & Collaboration:

• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and update progress regularly.
• Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth student onboarding.
• Provide regular feedback to management to improve sales strategies.

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Manual Tester / Test Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of testing methodologies and be able to ensure the quality and performance of our software applications. Exposure to Python full-stack applications will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and execute manual test cases to validate product functionality.

· Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve bugs and performance issues.

· Analyze test results and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.

· Perform regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.

· Ensure the overall quality of the product by identifying gaps and improvement areas.

· Document test processes, test plans, and test case results.

· Knowledge of Python FullStack Application.

· Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure seamless project delivery.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

· 2-4 years of experience in manual software testing.

· Strong knowledge of software testing life cycle (STLC) and defect life cycle.

· Proficient in writing clear and concise test cases, test plans, and bug reports.

· Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.).

· Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

· Basic knowledge of Python and full-stack applications is an advantage.

· Excellent communication and analytical skills.

· Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

· Preferred Skills:

· Some exposure to Python full-stack applications (Django, Flask, etc.).

· Understanding of RESTful APIs and backend/frontend testing.

· Familiarity with automation tools like Selenium (bonus but not mandatory).

Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Interior Designer/ Designer sales associate, located on-site in Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing creative solutions for interiors, working with clients to identify and define their needs, creating designs, and coordinating with contractors and vendors. The candidate for this role must be able to assess client needs, develop design concepts, collaborate with sales team to provide consultations, provide exceptional customer experience and service to clients. 

MUST HAVE: 2-5 years of relevant experience in residential and commercial interior design and sales

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture or a related field

2-5 years of relevant experience in residential and commercial interior design and sales

Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office

Experience with sales, negotiating with clients, and managing projects from inception to completion

Strong client-facing and communication skills with attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Willingness to learn and adapt to changes in design trends and advancements

Manage support operations and lead the support engineering team.

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field. Strong technical skills and leadership experience are required.

Experience: 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering or technical support roles.
