We are looking for a qualified Database developer to design stable and reliable databases, according to our company’s needs. You will be responsible for developing, testing, improving and maintaining new and existing databases to help users retrieve data effectively.
As part of our IT team, you will work closely with developers to ensure system consistency. You will also collaborate with administrators and clients to provide technical support and identify new requirements. Communication and organization skills are keys for this position, along with a problem-solution attitude.
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our database systems run effectively and securely on a daily basis.
Responsibilities

- Modify databases according to requests and perform tests

Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Database developer (5+ Years)
- In-depth understanding of data management (e.g. permissions, recovery, security and monitoring)
- Knowledge of software development and user interface web applications
- Advanced proficiency and hands on experience with T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Cursors, Triggers, Schedulers etc.
- Familiarity working with MS SQL Server, MySQL, .Net Framework, java
- Excellent analytical and organization skills
- An ability to understand front-end users’ requirements and a problem-solving attitude
- Ability to craft detailed technical manuals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- BE/MCA/MSc Degree in Computer Science or relevant field.

.NET· Good understanding of OOPS, design principles and design patterns.
· C# development experience.
· Experience with WCF is required.
· Experience of working with web API is required.
· Experience with Windows services and Winforms will be useful.
· Experience of working with .NET Core is useful. Some exposure is expected.
· Experience of working with MS SQL Server.

· Experience of working with any queueing middleware like MSMQ, Rabbit MQ, WMQ will be useful.

Soft skills required
· Good communication skills, both verbal and written. S/he should be able to articulate well.
- 6-8 years direct experience as a SQL Developer.
- 3+ years’ experience in ETL tools like SSIS, SSRS- Reports
- Proven Microsoft T-SQL skills.
- 3+ years of Data Analysis in a financial institution is preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of large, relational databases and data structures.
- Strong experience in database security
- Strong understanding of ETL concepts.
- Proficient in standard business and database software including: MS Office, MS Access, and SSMS.
- Experience with Agile using JIRA software, Confluence or combination of both.
