Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in frontend development using React JS, backend microservices architecture in C#/Python, and hands-on experience with AI-enabled development tools. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in an onsite environment and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance frontend applications using React JS

• Design, develop, and maintain microservices-based backend systems using C#, Python

• Experienced in building Data Layer and Databases using MS SQL, Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL

• Leverage AI-assisted development tools (Cursor / GitHub Copilot) to improve coding

efficiency and quality

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver end-to-end

solutions

• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices

• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization

• Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability

Mandatory Technical Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in React JS (Frontend Coding) – 3+ yrs

• Solid experience in Microservices Architecture C#, Python – 3+ yrs

• Experience building Data Layer and Databases using MS SQL – 2+ yrs

• Practical exposure to AI-enabled development using Cursor or GitHub Copilot – 1yr

• Good understanding of REST APIs and system integration

• Experience with version control systems (Git), ADO

RequiredSkills:

• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in data modeling (including conceptual, logical and physical data models. • 2-3 years of experience inExtraction, Transformation and Loading ETLwork using data migration tools like Talend, Informatica, Datastage, etc. • 4-6 years of experience as a database developerinOracle, MS SQLor another enterprise database with a focus on building data integration process • Candidate should haveanyNoSqltechnology exposure preferably MongoDB. • Experience in processing large data volumes indicated by experience with BigDataplatforms (Teradata, Netezza, Vertica or Cloudera, Hortonworks, SAP HANA, Cassandra, etc.). • Understanding of data warehousing concepts and decision support systems.

• You have experience with Agile and/or Continuous Delivery approaches such as Continuous Integration, TDD, Infrastructure as Code, etc.
• Experience with developing web applications based on ReactJS
• Hands on experience in setting up automated build pipelines based on Jenkins, Gradle, MSBuild, Maven etc.
• Bonus points if you have knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker and Kubernetes

Requirements:

• Retrieve Data from Databases

SSRS developers optimize SQL server queries to retrieve data efficiently and quickly. As

teams submit requests for different ways of doing things, SSRS developers work with them to find solutions that meet their needs.

• Design Data Solutions

To create and design best-practice data warehouse solutions that support business reporting tasks. This is achieved using different programs and software, such as Microsoft Excel, MS SQL Server, and Tableau.

• Create and Maintain Reporting Processes

To maintain a record of the different reporting processes in place. Evolve ways & means for a more effective data management.

• Resolve IT and Data Issues
• Provide Delivery Plans and Estimates for Projects

• 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in automating MS Office applications like Excel, Word, PPT and Outlook using VBA
• 5 plus years of experience in the design, development, and implementation of programming code
• Experience in database development
• VBA - Should have good experience in developing efficient logic/algorithms using VBA
• Solid understanding of SDLC concepts
• Solid experience in MS Excel (2003, 2007, 2010, 2013,2016)
• Must be good at all excel features and excel formulas
• Well versed with complete MS Office package (Excel, Word, Outlook, PPT)

Job Description

• 8-10 years of industry experience with an appropriate University technology degree (BE,BTech,MCA)
• Should have extensive Hands-on experience in managing RDBMS Production and application DBA for MS-SQL Database.
• Must be proficient in MS-SQL programming and can handle complex logic.
• Knowledge of data structure and algorithms is a plus.
• Must have good experience in SSIS and SSRS using MSSQL Sever 2016 or later
• Monitoring, maintaining, Query tuning, performance tuning, cluster management for all RDBMS Production and application (MS-SQL).
• Database server administration with focus on security, automation, tuning, optimization, and standardization of new and deployed systems.
• Be able to work as a DBA lead and individual contributor for RDBMS platform.
• Will be responsible for database server planning with regards to scalability, redundancy, and data preservation of backend systems.
