About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Hardware Electronic Design Engineer to join our R&D/Engineering team. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and validating electronic hardware systems for our products. The ideal candidate should have strong fundamentals in circuit design, PCB layout, and debugging, along with experience in working with embedded systems and electronic components.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test analog and digital electronic circuits for new and existing products.
- Create schematics, PCB layouts, and BOMs using industry-standard tools (e.g., Altium, KiCAD).
- Perform circuit simulations, component selection, and feasibility studies.
- Collaborate with firmware/software engineers for system integration.
- Conduct prototyping, testing, and validation of hardware designs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other lab equipment.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and EMC/EMI requirements.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, design reports, and test plans.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven 3–4 years of hands-on experience in hardware design and development.
- Strong knowledge of analog/digital circuit design, power supplies, and signal integrity.
- Proficiency with schematic capture & PCB design tools (e.g., Altium Designer, KiCAD).
- Experience with microcontrollers, processors, and embedded hardware systems.
- Familiarity with communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Ethernet, etc.).
- Skilled in using debugging and measurement tools.

Responsibilities
● Research organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets.
● Initiate partnerships with new accounts and actively manage existing relationships, being their P.O.C. for ePayLater.
● Screening potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential,
and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities.
● Identifying, negotiating & managing strategic relationships with potential clients. Prepare business presentations, and proposals & showcase company capabilities to prospective clients.
● Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts;
integrating contract requirements with business operations.
● Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
● Sustaining and growing relationships which translates to a growth in business volume.
● Tracking and improving the performance of key business metrics for his/her accounts (like
conversions, transactions, etc.) to maintain partnerships’ growth.
● Closely coordinate with internal teams like marketing, product, and operations for implementation of merchant-related action items (eg. mktg campaigns, performance-regulating product changes, and day-to-day issue resolutions, among others)

Requirements
● 4+ years of relevant experience in sales and business development (MBA preferred).
● Hands-on experience with MS Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
● Ability to generate data insights from large datasets.
