Job Role: HR Intern - Talent Acquisition

Requirements we seek:

Work Responsibilities:
● Talent Acquisition: End-to-end lateral hiring (Creative and Technical Roles).
● Sourcing: Creating a talent pipeline and employing various sourcing strategies.
● Stakeholder Management: Establishing strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their requirements, align on job specifications, and continuously improve the recruitment process based on feedback.

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our panel and handle sourcing of freelance interviewers and coordinating technical interviews for our clients in the US market. This role is ideal for someone with strong networking, recruitment, and stakeholder management skills in the US IT hiring domain.
Responsibilities:
● Source and onboard freelance technical interviewers across various IT domains (Java, Python, Data Engineering, Cloud, etc.) for US time zones.
● Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling between clients and panel interviewers.
● Maintain & update the interviewer database to ensure quick availability for projects.

Must Have:

- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details- Attention to detail is highly required
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- Experience in bulk hiring in IT (Technology hiring, Technical Trainers) and Non - IT requirements (mandatorily in to sales, backend profiles)
- Highly proactive and attention to detail attitude is MUST
