Job Location: Mumbai (Hybrid)

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3+ years of proven experience with Zoho CRM is a mandatory requirement; you must be an expert in the platform.
• Hands-on experience with coding and development within Zoho CRM (e. g., Deluge scripting, API integration, custom functions, and workflow automation).
• Strong understanding of sales processes and how to optimize them using CRM systems.
• Proficient in analyzing data, generating reports, and using data to drive decisions.
• Familiarity with BigQuery or similar data warehousing platforms for processing and analyzing large datasets is advantageous.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer success teams, as well as technical staff.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and fixing CRM-related issues.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e. g., IT, Computer Science, Business Management).
• Preferred: Experience working in a SaaS environment is a plus.

The candidate should have good knowledge about the job role. Must have good writing skills. Communication skills are must.

1. Conceptualizing visuals that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex user flows
2. Designing the visual identity of digital products.
3. Implementing strategy of typography, iconography, colors, layout
4. Creating responsive design comps on the basis of wireframes
5. Asking smart questions, taking risks and championing new ideas
6. Bringing expert opinion on best-practices, patterns and trends
7. Translating high-level explicit and latent requirements into functional user interfaces
8. Presenting designs and articulating design decisions
9. Communicating design rationale and maintaining consistency throughout the project
10. Executing designs as a part of software development teams

• Experience in Education Technology would be great

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Proficient in writing quality, efficient and performant code for iOS app, using Swift
• Follow right architecture and design patterns
• Aware of the agile working environment
• Document design/technical guidelines and spread knowledge across teams
• Responsible for self/peer code reviews

Candidate Profile:

• Work experience of 5+ years of in Sales & Marketing preferably in the Pharmaceutical Industry
• Proven track record of attaining high sales growth in a challenging environment through proper utilisation of resources and involvement of team members.
• Should be a thoroughbred team-player with inherent abilities to mobilise and motivate teams.
• Should have uncompromising ethics and integrity and must lead by example.
