JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for an HR and Admin person responsible for managing all the aspects of the company's administration and Human Resources inclusive of the entire processes and practices. Your primary focus will be in organizational development by enforcing the defined company policies, processing the internal arrangements.

The key objective is to impart corporate values and enable business success through the stream of human resources that consists of job design, business ethics,employment cycle,talent management, and facilities management services.

WHAT YOU WILL DO-

• Key ownership in implementation of Business and located HR strategies within the process, team and adhere to company  policies/practices.

• Will be the single point of contact for employees and managers for employee related dimensions.

• Ensuring compliance, regulating audits,managing staff wellness.

• Make high-judgment recommendations in the absence of clear guidance from leadership and must have an uncompromising attitude to maintain the decorum of the professional environment.
• Identify the training resources to train the employees in the core functions by measuring the effectiveness of the training and validate the same through feedback and monthly review process with the help of the respective Team Leads and Manager of the Research Department.
• Monthly attrition analysis to track and address undesirable attrition.

PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 5 years of experience into the domain of Human Resource and Administration.
• Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time

LOCATION: In-Office –Jaipur, India

SHIFT TIMINGS: 8pm to 5am IST (Night Shift) 

• Six days a week, second and fourth Saturdays off. 
• The concerned POC will be following the US Calendar.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5 to 6 years of experience in sales and marketing
• MBA (Finance) or equivalent from Tier 1 college
• Prior experience in banking or other financial institutions
• Hands on experience in business correspondent operation
• Problem solver    

• Prior Proven Experience in growing organic traffic and generating leads.
• Create a Content Strategy in accordance with the Marketing Funnel Stages.
• Hard-core Expertise in SEO Strategies like Competitor Research, Keyword Research, Content Strategy, Link Building, and Technical SEO, etc.
• Lead a team of SEO Executives, Content Writers, and Web Developer.
• Collect data and Present reports on traffic, keyword rankings, and other SEO aspects to Top Management.
• Needs to have a good command of English
• Basic Finance knowledge is preferred.

We are looking for seasoned technical leaders from .NET background with experience in building cloud-based web applications and products. The role involves understanding business requirements, customer problems, architecting the appropriate solutions that are secure, scalable, high performing and testable.

Requirements: 

• Passion for building and delivering great software with a strong sense of ownership, while working closely with juniorteam members.
• 6+ years of experience in building web applications using ASP.NET MVC and .NET platform in general.
• Experience of architecting and designing web applications and services
• Experience in building applications on .NET Core, is a great plus
• Should have strong UI development skills using HTML, CSS/JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong experience with Build and Release, Agile processes and Estimation/Planning
• Exposure to New Relic or similar tools to optimize web application performance
• Strong expertise in SQL programming, with experience of writing & optimizing queries that access/process millions of records
• Good to have experience in building workflow engine from scratch.
• Understanding and experience of working with Product Management, Design and DevOps teams.

Skills And Qualifications 
- 2+ years of experience in ReactJS and Redux 
- 1+ completed project of reasonable size using server-side rendering 
- Knowledge of Preact is a plus 
- Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3 
- Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS 
- Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX 
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
