Marketing Intern

Position : Senior IT Analyst – IAM & Office 365

Experience : 4 to 8 Years

Location : Gurgaon (Hybrid : 3 days office, 2 days WFH)

Notice Period : Immediate to 15–20 days (Buyout option available)

Communication : Excellent communication skills mandatory (client-facing role)

About the Role :

We're looking for a skilled IT Security professional with strong experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Office 365 (O365/M365). The role involves securing access, managing user identities, and administering O365 services across a hybrid cloud environment.

Mandatory Skills :

O365/M365, Azure AD, IAM, Conditional Access, MFA, Defender for O365, RBAC, DLP, PowerShell, Strong Communication

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage Azure AD, Conditional Access, MFA, and RBAC policies.
• Administer O365 services – SharePoint, Teams, PowerApps.
• Configure Defender for O365, DLP policies, and compliance settings.
• Automate tasks using PowerShell, support user lifecycle processes.
• Handle access audits, incident response, and IAM/O365 tool upgrades.
• Collaborate with internal teams on security and operational enhancements.

Good to Have :

• Microsoft Certification (e.g., MS-102)
• Experience with Microsoft Graph API and SIEM log integration

● Proven experience in training, evaluating and deploying machine learning models

● Solid understanding of data science and machine learning concepts

● Experience with some machine learning / data engineering machine learning tech in Python (such as numpy, pytorch, pandas/polars, airflow, etc)

● Experience developing data products using large language model, prompt engineering, model evaluation.

● Experience with web services and programming (such as Python, docker, databases etc.)  

● Understanding of some of the following: FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Celery, Docker, AWS, Modal, git, continuous integration. 

Technical Lead

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 9+ years in software development with a proven track record of delivering scalable applications.
• Leadership Skills: 4+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, demonstrating strong mentoring abilities.
• Technical Lead must Lead and mentor a team of software developers and validation engineers.
• Technical Skills: Technical Lead must have Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, React js, SQL, MySQL, Javascript, Web API are required .NET, or Python, along with frameworks and tools used in software development.
• Technical Lead must have General working knowledge of Selenium to support current business automation tools and future automation requirements.
• General working knowledge of PHP desired to support current legacy applications which are on the roadmap for future modernization.
• Technical Lead must have Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban or similar).
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git or similar).
• Development Methodologies: Experience with Agile development methodologies and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities that enable the identification of complex technical issues.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Innovation: A passion for technology and innovation, with a keen interest in exploring new technologies to find the best solutions.

Responsibilities:

Building interactive consumer data from multiple systems and Restfully abstract to the UI through a Node.js backend Define code architecture decisions to support a high-performance and scalable product with a minimal footprint Address and improve any technical issues Collaborate well with engineers, researchers, and data implementation specialists to design and create advanced, elegant, and efficient systems

Skills and Experience:

In-depth knowledge of NodeJS, ExpressJS or Restify. Experience implementing applications using Angular or React Experience creating front end applications using HTML5, Angular, LESS/SASS Hands on experience with JavaScript Development on both client and server-side Experience with modern frameworks and design patterns, minimum one-year experience with MERN Full stack paradigm Knowledge of the following will be considered as an advantage: Consumer Web Development Experience for High-Traffic, Public Facing web applications Experience with cloud technologies is also a plus Creating secure RESTful-based web services in XML and JSON, JavaScript, jQuery Continuous integration (Jenkins/Hudson) and version control (SVN, Git).

Roles and Responsibilities:

·         Design and implement scalable web applications and platforms using technologies such as Typescript, NestJS, Angular, NodeJS, ExpressJS, TypeORM, and Postgres

·         Good understanding of web and REST API design patterns

·         Experience with AWS technologies such as EKS, ECS, ECR, Fargate, EC2, Lambda, ALB will be an added advantage

·         Hands-on experience with unit test frameworks like Jest

·         Good working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Git

·         Basic knowledge of Kubernetes and Terraform for infrastructure as code

·         Basic knowledge of Docker compose and Docker

·         Strong understanding of microservices architecture and ability to implement components independently

·         Proven track record of problem-solving skills
