Experience in managing high performing individuals, building roadmaps, defining processes, delivering projects as well as analyzing cost/benefit of feature selection and communicating results throughout the organization.

Responsibilities  Work across teams to organize and accelerate delivery by ensuring all teams are delivering in a coordinated manner.

 Understand the business strategy and design approaches within product, program or domain effectively.

 Regularly review metrics and proactively seek out new and improved data / mechanisms for visibility, ensuring the program stays aligned with organization objectives.

 Proactively identify risks & issues and ensure mitigation efforts are being carried out throughout the software development lifecycle.

 Keep abreast of evolving technology landscape.

 Will provide technical leadership to software engineers by coaching and monitoring throughout end-to-end software development, maintenance and lifecycle.

 Analyse and provide input for the requirements and provide impact assessment for the features or bug fixes.

 Collaborate with external partner teams, business teams and other cross-functional teams effectively in driving the projects and the point of contact on the team. Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Development:

• Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software applications using Angular, Dot

Net Core, C#, and SQL Server.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and develop

solutions.

• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality.

2. Technical Leadership:

• Lead the development of software applications and provide technical guidance to

junior developers.

• Mentor junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge.

• Collaborate with other teams to ensure alignment with company goals and

objectives.

3. Development Releases:

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate development releases.

• Collaborate with the QA team to ensure that software applications meet quality

standards.

• Participate in release management and ensure that software applications are

deployed smoothly.

4. Performance Optimizations:

• Identify performance bottlenecks in software applications and develop solutions to

improve performance.

• Optimize database queries and improve data retrieval efficiency.

• Collaborate with the QA team to ensure that performance optimizations do not

introduce new bugs.

5. Information Security:

• Ensure that software applications comply with information security guidelines and

regulations.

• Collaborate with the security team to identify and mitigate security risks.

• Participate in security audits and provide feedback to improve security posture.

6. GIT and Version Control:

• Use GIT and other version control systems to manage code changes and collaborate

with team members.

• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality.

7. Caching Framework:

• Knowledge of caching frameworks like Redis is a plus.

• Collaborate with the team to implement caching solutions to improve application

performance.

8. Collaboration with L2 Support Team:

• Collaborate with the L2 Support Team to educate them on new patches to be

released.

• Troubleshoot any production issues and provide technical guidance to the L2

Support Team.

9. Team Management:

• Manage a team of junior developers and provide technical guidance and mentorship.

• Collaborate with other teams to ensure alignment with company goals and

objectives.

• • Participate in team meetings and provide feedback to improve team performance.

 We are looking for skilled and motivated Software Engineers to join our growing team and work on cutting-edge projects with leading Japanese company in Japan. This role involves full-cycle system and application development across various domains including finance, healthcare, public systems, and web technologies. Candidates will be engaged in both frontend and backend development, database management, testing and end-to-end system integration from requirement gathering and analysis to deployment and maintenance.

• 2-5 years of software development experience especially in web development with open source technologies like PHP, Linux, etc.
• Good experience in object-oriented programming/modular programming.
• Strong understanding of MVC design patterns and frameworks.
• Exposure to PHP framework Laravel is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Flutter is a plus.
• Knowledge of fundamentals like traits, namespace, OOPS, and interfaces will be preferred.
• Ability to do hands-on coding and pro-actively drive emphasis on quality, maintainable code.
• Ability to pick up new technologies quickly and effectively.
• Well-informed about all the latest technologies and developments in the industry.
• Self-motivated and Self-Starter - Looking for candidates who can jump in quickly without a lot of direction.
• Attention to detail and ability to conceptualize a concept.

Experience: 5 to 6 years

Tertiary qualifications in Software Engineering.

2+ years experience in front end development using React or another JS or TS based language such as VueJS, Angular 8years.

2+ years experience in modern web design.

2+ years experience in full stack development using Python or PHP based backends.

1+ years experience microservices development.

1+ years experience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway or similar.

Understanding of OAuth or OIDC authentication flows Understanding of the OWASP Top 10 secure coding recommendations.

Exposure to basic Database Design.

Exposure to and understanding of PromQL or GraphQL, REST and SOAP.
