C/C++ Developer

 We are looking for skilled and motivated Software Engineers to join our growing team and work on cutting-edge projects with leading Japanese company in Japan. This role involves full-cycle system and application development across various domains including finance, healthcare, public systems, and web technologies. Candidates will be engaged in both frontend and backend development, database management, testing and end-to-end system integration from requirement gathering and analysis to deployment and maintenance.

• As a lead engineer, you will be expected to execute and deliver large and complex projects end-to-end, with or without the involvement of other team members.
• Participate in code reviews, app architecture, and design discussions.
• Ensuring timely delivery of all product deliverables.
• Be the go-to person for the team for guidance and troubleshooting. 
• Mentoring junior developers and set best practices for coding, reviews, etc.
• Ensuring performance and scalability in all new product features being developed. 

• Overall of 5+ years of expertise in at least one dynamic programming language like Python and one MVC web framework, preferably Django.
• Experience in at least one frontend framework, preferably React.js
• Expertise in database modeling, preferably relational DB, spotting DB bottlenecks, and writing optimized DB queries.
• Expertise in all common AWS cloud technologies, knowledge of CI/CD tools, and workflows.

We are now in the software development stage of the project.

We are looking for a full-stack developer to join our development team. The developer will be responsible for the overall development and implementation of front and back-end software applications. Primary Role

• Full ownership of building our video platform using various open source technologies and if required implement our own video technologies

• You will build 1-1, many to many audio and video conferencing, broadcasting system and related features such as recording using open source technologies
• Architect, Develop, implement various features in video platform
• You will need to work in open source frameworks code base, understand nitty-gritty of how its designed and implemented

• Responsible to configure, enhance Coturn, Janus WebRTC gateway OR any other video related open source technologies as per our need
• Responsible for fixing various issues in video platform
• Responsible for integrating Video Platform with Chat Platform and other external platforms including Web and Mobile application
• Work with other engineering team for any video related work
• Responsible for supporting video platform in production environment
• Explore new video related technologies, do POCs
• Help DevOps team deploy the platform in various customer data centers (Aws/Azure cloud and on premises deployments)
• To build micro-services using C language libraries.
• Integrate video platform with other internal systems as well as external customer systems as per business need
