As part of our digital transformation, we are building an integrated HR and recruitment ecosystem using Zoho Recruit, Zoho People, and other connected platforms. We are now seeking a detail-oriented HR / Recruitment Data Processor to strengthen our HR and recruitment operations and ensure our systems run accurately and efficiently.
Role Overview
The HR / Recruitment Data Processor will play a key role in maintaining data integrity across our HR and recruitment platforms. This position supports both the recruitment and HR teams by ensuring that candidate and employee information is accurate, verified, and up to date.
You will be engaged through our Indian partner company, working exclusively for us. You’ll be responsible for keeping our systems clean and compliant, managing essential documentation, and helping streamline digital workflows across Zoho Recruit and Zoho People. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and excellent English communication skills who enjoys working with data, systems, and process improvement.
Location: Remote (India) – preference for candidates based in Punjab, Chandigarh, or nearby regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and verify candidate and employee data within Zoho Recruit and Zoho People.
- Complete candidate profiles in Zoho Recruit, ensuring all required documents are uploaded and verified.
- Grow and maintain candidate databases in line with company requirements.
- Support recruiters with onboarding, tagging, document collection, and preparation.
- Assist the recruitment team in ensuring all employee profiles are complete and compliant.
- Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness across all systems.
- Liaise with HR and compliance teams to resolve data discrepancies or missing information.
- Monitor and track document expiries, leave records, and training compliance.
- Generate workforce and compliance reports for management.
- Assist in testing and improving digital workflows, forms, and templates.
- Maintain process documentation and support system-related training.
- Uphold data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with GDPR and client standards.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the line manager as part of day-to-day operations.
