Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP Lease Management Consultant to join our team for S/4HANA implementation projects. This role focuses on managing leased assets and contracts within the SAP ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP Lease Management functionalities and experience in S/4HANA environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Skills required: JAVA, Python (Flask and Django), Spring/Spring Boot, React, Hibernate,
• 2+ years of experience in Java and Python

• Good experience in Java and/or Python based
• Experience in designing databases and system
• Experience in building products from scratch at well-funded start-ups

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain dynamic websites and web applications using PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
• Proficient in frontend frameworks and libraries like HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, jquery, ajax.
• Design and implement both static and dynamic websites catering to client requirements.
• Create and maintain Content Management Systems (CMS) and Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRM).
• Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and successful project delivery.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve development processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.
• Proven work experience as a PHP/ CodeIgniter Developer with a strong understanding of frontend and backend development.
• Expertise in creating static and dynamic websites, along with hands-on experience in CRM development.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse and resolve complex issues efficiently.
• In-depth knowledge of PHP frameworks such as CodeIgniter and Laravel, RESTfull APIs.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Proficiency in MySQL, SQL
• Should be able to integrate thirdparty APIs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in deploying and managing web applications on different hosting platforms.

Job Responsibilities-

• Be in charge of running and managing the team on a daily basis
• Set performance targets for all associates in the team to meet up with overall process objectives
• Schedule and organize shift patterns for team members to ensure that the process is adequately staffed to meet the SLA's
• Monitor files of team members to ensure that due procedures and quality standards are strictly adhered to
• Conduct regular reviews of all agents performance and organize training sessions for underperformers
• Submit regular reports to management and seek new ideas and strategies to improve performance at the center
• Manage the daily team activities and operations
• Drive Team adherence and manage to schedule
• Managing Escalations (Internal & External)

Job Requirement-

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Must have handled a team size of minimum 5-10 people in his/her current role
• Should be comfortable with reports, dashboards & share insights from data to improve the process.
• Proficient in MS Office, Skype
• Experience in international KPO/BPO will be an added advantage
• Thorough understanding of operations metric, people practices (Score calculations, Parameters, Ratings, Attrition)
• Should ready to work in night shift

• Should have minimum 1 to 2 years relevant experience

Technical Skills/Requirements

 Demonstrated expertise in building, shipping and supporting innovative, scalable

enterprise-class applications

 Strong familiarity with Object Orientation concepts

 Strong Experience in Java, J2EE, Core Java, Advance Java is must

 Strong Experience in working with database server is must

 Experience with web development frameworks like Spring is must.

 Experienced in using Websphere, WebLogic, JBOSS or TomCat application

servers

 Must be knowledgeable in at least one of the relational DBs (Oracle, DB2 or MS-

SQL)

 Experience is Javascript

 Experience in CSS, Angular, EXTJS, Bootstrap, JQuery is preferred

 Experience in JSP, Servlet, Tag Libray,, XSLT, Restful API’s is preferred

 Good understanding of Java, J2EE, SOA/Web services, EAI patterns, long

running business processes, UML and OOAD.

 4+ years of overall software development experience, preferably in a product

development company
