Role Summary :

We are seeking a Lead – Monitoring professional to lead infrastructure, cloud (Azure/AWS), and synthetic monitoring initiatives.

The role demands deep expertise in observability tools, performance optimization, and proactive incident response, driving reliability across global systems.

This is a hands-on, non-admin role focused on engineering and automation, not infra administration.

Mandatory Skills :

Nagios, Microsoft SCOM, Site24x7, Azure/AWS cloud monitoring, performance analysis, incident response, Python/PowerShell scripting

Location Preference :

• Candidates from Delhi NCR preferred.
• Open to North India candidates willing to relocate to Gurgaon.
• Remote work is not available.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead system performance monitoring using Nagios, Microsoft SCOM, Site24x7.
• Design and manage cloud & synthetic monitoring (Azure/AWS).
• Drive incident resolution and minimize downtimes.
• Build scalable, automated monitoring solutions (Python/PowerShell).
• Create and maintain dashboards, KPIs, reports.
• Collaborate across teams and lead monitoring practices.
• Mentor junior team members, ensuring knowledge sharing.

Good to Have :

• Certifications: ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Microsoft Certified: SCOM, CMP.
• Experience with cloud cost optimization, performance trend analysis.

Note :

• Admin-only profiles are not suitable.
• Strong Azure platform knowledge is essential.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Act as the primary liaison between the customer and the ServiceNow implementation team during the co-creation phase. 
• Facilitate workshops and interviews to understand the customer’s business needs, pain points, and objectives. 
• Build trust and rapport with stakeholders to encourage open communication. 
• Evaluate the customer’s existing ITSM, ITOM, HR, or other enterprise tools. 
• Document current workflows, integrations, and pain points with the existing tools. 
• Identify redundant tools and processes that can be streamlined with ServiceNow. 
• Collect and analyze functional and technical requirements for the ServiceNow implementation. 
• Prioritize requirements based on customer goals, compliance needs, and business impact. 
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions. 
• Compare the customer’s current toolset and processes against ServiceNow’s capabilities. 
• Identify gaps, limitations, and opportunities for enhancement using ServiceNow modules and custom applications. 
• Work with the customer to co-create a high-level architecture and roadmap for the ServiceNow implementation. 
• Propose relevant ServiceNow modules and custom solutions to address identified gaps. 
• Ensure alignment with the customer’s enterprise architecture and long-term goals. 
• Prepare detailed assessment reports, including findings, proposed solutions, and implementation plans. 
• Document key decisions, risks, and dependencies during the co-creation phase. 
• Work closely with ServiceNow Architects, Developers, and Product Owners to refine the proposed solution. 

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in professional Web Development
• Proven software development experience in Core PHP, Codeigniter, WordPress; Laravel is a plus.
• Must have 1+ yrs experience in VueJs or React.Js
  
• Experience in ReactJs, NodeJs is a plus.
• Excellent Software Design and Architecting capabilities
• Complete familiarity with client-side scripting and Angular JS, Ember JS , JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery.
• Complete familiarity and expertise in web markup, including HTML5, CSS3.
• Expertise in third party API integration - payment gateways, Storage, Streaming services, etc.
• Complete familiarity and experience working with JSON / XML and REST API structure
• Familiar with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment technologies such as Bitbucket, Jenkins and Git
• AWS/Google Cloud Deployment is a must; Devops capability is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of relational databases, version control tools and of developing web services.

Job Description:

• Design and development of automotive feature/function software/components (ACC, AEB, TSR, LKA etc.) for ADAS/AD systems
• Coordination and regular interaction with different stakeholders and teams like testing, requirements, leads etc.
• Participate in SW requirement generation, SW architecture, detailed design etc.

Requirement:

• 3-7 years of experience in development of Algorithm & Functions for advance driver assist systems (ADAS), Autonomous driving (AD)
• Development experience with safety critical systems
• Experienced in development using MATLAB Simulink, TargetLink, Stateflow
• Experience in modelling and validation of control systems
• Knowledge of SIL, Performance Test, Functional testing
• Embedded software development using C, C++
• Issue management and version control
• Knowledge of ASPICE processes, Static analysis, MISRA checks etc.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive approach for problem solving

Good to have:

• Knowledge of ADAS/AD functions (ACC, TSR, AEB, LCA etc), Data Analysis
• Experienced in managing and authoring of function specification requirements
• Familiarity with AUTOSAR RTE

Nice to have:

• AUTOSAR, Functional Safety (ISO26262) exposure

We are looking for passionate NodeJS Developer responsible for the development of cloud-native Microservices driven systems. Skills in Angular, NodeJs and PostgreSQL. Knowledge of Azure will be an added advantage. Should have knowledge of Source Control.
