Role & responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of restaurant clients, ensuring revenue stability and churn reduction.
• Serve as the main liaison between our firm and online food ordering platforms.
• Collaborate with clients to enhance their performance on online platforms, driving business growth while protecting profitability.
• Develop operational frameworks, create business analysis reports, conduct data analysis, and streamline processes.
• Lead strategic initiatives for client retention, fostering strong client relationships and effective account management.
• Represent the company in client interactions, embodying our values and mission.
• Convert leads into long-term business partnerships with a strategic, client-focused approach.

Preferred candidate profile

Technical Skills: 

·        In depth understanding of DevSecOps process and governance 

·        Understanding of various branching strategies 

·        Hands on experience working with various testing and scanning tools (ex. SonarQube, Snyk, Blackduck, etc.) 

·        Expertise working with one or more CICD platforms (ex. Azure DevOps, GitLab, GitHub Actions, etc) 

·        Expertise within one CSP and experience/working knowledge of a second CSP (Azure, AWS, GCP) 

·        Proficient with Terraform 

·        Hands on experience working with Kubernetes 

·        Proficient working with GIT version control 

·        Hands on experience working with monitoring/observability tool(s) (Splunk, Data Dog, Dynatrace, etc) 

·        Hands on experience working with Configuration Management platform(s) (Chef, Saltstack, Ansible, etc) 

·        Hands on experience with GitOps 

1. Managing Availability, Performance, Capacity of infrastructure and applications.
2. Building and implementing observability for applications health/performance/capacity.
3. Optimizing On-call rotations and processes.
4. Documenting “tribal” knowledge.
5. Managing Infra-platforms like Mesos/Kubernetes, CICD, Observability (Prometheus/New

Relic/ELK, Databases, Data Platforms Infrastructure

1. Providing help in onboarding new services with a production readiness review process.
2. Providing reports on services SLO/Error Budgets/Alerts and Operational Overhead.
3. Working with Dev and Product teams to define SLO/Error Budgets/Alerts.
4. Working with the Dev team to have in depth understanding of the application architecture and

its bottlenecks.

1. Identifying observability gaps in product services, infrastructure and working with stake owners

to fix it.

1. Managing Outages and doing detailed RCA with developers and identifying ways to avoid that

situation.

1. Managing/Automating upgrades of the infrastructure services.

Job Profile

A NodeJs developer will be required to deploy and maintain network applications. Manage the exchange of data between servers and users, develop back-end components, and connect applications with other web services. Will also act as a support front-end developer by integrating web-based applications in Angular. With good hand's on experience in Rational Database i.e. MySQL & PostgreSQL.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3+ years experience on Node JS
• Mandatory experience of 2 years in Angular 2 & above
• Experience on Bootstrap or any other JS Framework
• Very good knowledge of rational databases MySQL & PostgreSQL
• Good Knowledge of MongoDB.
• Excellent on web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX jQuery
• Experience in common third-party APIs
• Strong debugging skills
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude

Excellent English writing and speaking skills are a must

1. Convert leads to business with lead generation, customer interaction, and persuasive skills.

3. Set up and conduct business collaboration meetings with companies and our suppliers.

4. Identify new avenues of growth, suggesting and building campaigns which can benefit the overall performance of the sales department.

5. Identify sales leads, pitch services to new clients, and maintain a good working relationship with them.

6. Work with the internal product and management teams to increase sales opportunities for the organization.

Role & Responsibilities

• Strong proficiency in C++ with minimum 2 years of Development
• Knowledge of the STL, containers, algorithms and data
• Good understanding on Design patterns and memory
• Familiarity with debugging tools, such as Valgrind, winDBG, WireShark is an additional advantage.
