We're looking to grow our online presence and attract more clients, and to do this, we’re seeking an experienced Digital Marketer to join our team. This person will be a key player in a small team, taking charge of bringing in new clients and playing a crucial role in increasing our revenue. Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

• Formulate comprehensive digital marketing strategies focusing on lead generation, conversion optimization, and overall brand visibility.
• Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels.
• Minimise CPA through regular testing and optimizing advertising campaigns on different platforms.

Sales Funnel Management:

• Oversee the end-to-end sales funnel, from client awareness to conversion, ensuring a seamless and impactful client journey.
• Monitor and analyze funnel metrics, iterating and refining strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Create and optimize landing pages, applying A/B testing and other techniques to maximize conversion rate.

SEO & Organic Growth:

• Conduct thorough SEO audits, identifying areas for on-page and off-page optimization.
• Implement SEO best practices, including keyword research, link building, and content optimization, to improve organic search rankings.
• Ensure the website is always up-to-date, user-friendly, and loads quickly and correctly on all device types.

Email Marketing:

• Design, create, and manage email campaigns targeting potential clients and existing clients.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of email campaigns, making adjustments for better engagement and conversion.

Social Media Management & Content Creation:

• Develop, write, and edit engaging content for our website, blog, and social media platforms.
• Create visual content, including graphics and videos, to complement written content.
• Manage and grow our presence across all relevant social media platforms.
• Schedule, post, and engage with users to build a vibrant online community.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Utilize tools like Google Analytics to monitor website traffic, user behaviour, and campaign performance.
• Provide regular reports on digital marketing efforts, highlighting successes, areas of improvement, and recommendations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment of digital marketing activities with overall business objectives.
• Produce regular reports showcasing digital marketing performance, along with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on PPC advertising.
• Proven track record in crafting and executing SEO strategies that yield significant organic growth.
• Adaptability and a flexible attitude to take ownership is critical for this role.
• Strong understanding of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Responsibilities:

1. Creating content for ongoing campaigns such as writing copy for email marketing campaigns & WebStories, writing answers on Quora, copywriting for creatives etc.
2. Coordinate with the internal and external team for content creation and ensuring that the writing is consistent and in line with the overall campaign and brand requirements
3. QA for all the content deliverables shared by the freelancers/content agencies 
4. Perform keyword research based on the campaign requirements to make sure the writing is search engine friendly
5. Perform content strategy to come up with new ideas for content creation for the website 
6. Plan weekly deliverables along with the Organic Growth team and manage the requirements, blockers (if any) to ensure smooth flow and timely completion of work
7. Analyse competitor’s presence on different platforms and come up with suggestions to help the Growth team scale with the help of personalized content

Required Experience:

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology and Management, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Have experience working and strong understanding of object-oriented programing and cloud technologies
• End to end experience delivering production ready code with Java8, Spring Boot, Spring Data, and API libraries
• Strong experience with unit and integration testing of the Spring Boot APIs.
• Strong understanding and production experience of RESTful API's and microservice architecture.
• Strong understanding of SQL databases and NoSQL databases and experience with writing abstraction layers to communicate with the databases.

Job Description – Blueprism Developer

• Design technical specifications for RPA (Blue Prism) that meets the requirements and handled all the non functional requirements of concurrency, scalability, security requirements, restart and recovery.
• Develops and configures automation processes as per the technical design document to meet the defined requirements. Works on the coding the more complicated automations or reusable components, and delegates and mentors junior developers for the less complex components.
• Develops new processes/tasks/objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
• Complies with and helps to enforce design and coding standards, policies and procedures.
• Ensures documentation is well maintained.
• Ensures quality of coded components by performing thorough unit testing.
• Works collaboratively with test teams during the Product test and UAT phases to fix assigned bugs with quality.
• Reports status, issues and risks to tech leads on a regular basis
• Improves skills in automation products by completing automation certification.
• Mentors junior developers and performs code reviews for quality control.
