Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and ensure the successful execution of business development strategies devised by senior leadership.
• Monitor and report on the progress of strategy execution, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
• Lead, train, and mentor junior Business Development Executives and interns over sales processes and practices.
• Conduct regular training sessions on the use of advanced AI technology in Sales, sharing best sales practices from sales leaders to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.
• Oversee day-to-day sales activities like pipeline review, email validations, and cold-call mock sessions to ensure the sales team aligns in achieving sales targets.
• Support the team in identifying potential clients and establishing strong relationships.
• Assist in the development and delivery of presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Assist the team in achieving sales targets and contributing to revenue growth.
• Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and synergy in business efforts.

Who we are looking for

• As a Technical Configuration and Setup Expert at Jules Trade, you will play a critical role in the onboarding process of our clients, understanding their business niche, client challenges, and ensuring that their setup on our platform is configured to meet their specific requirements. 

• You will lead the configuration and setup of customer accounts based on requirements shared by the Customer Success (CS) team, provide technical and configurational support using advanced software tools, and manage confidential client data with utmost integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding process for new clients, understanding their business model, niche, and specific challenges to ensure a smooth transition to the Jules Trade platform.

• Provide advanced technical support using software tools such as Carbone.io, DBeaver, Papertrail, Postman, Redis/Medis, and Microsoft Word, along with leveraging AI technologies like ChatGPT for innovative solutions.
• Manage sensitive client data securely, ensuring accurate data mapping for an efficient user experience on our platform.
• Employ creative problem-solving skills to meet technical and configurational requirements of clients, thinking outside the box to find effective solutions.
• Offer proactive recommendations to clients for optimizing their use of the Jules Trade platform, enhancing their trading efficiency and productivity.
• Contribute to the team by sharing knowledge, skills, and ideas to improve overall performance and service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in technical support, IT configuration, or a similar role, preferably in a trading or fintech environment.
• Strong proficiency in using advanced software tools such as Carbone.io, DBeaver, Papertrail, Postman, Redis/Medis, and Microsoft Word.
• Experience with AI technologies like ChatGPT and ability to apply them creatively to solve customer challenges.
• Solid understanding of data management principles and experience in handling confidential information with integrity.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to fulfill customer technical and configurational requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with the Customer Success team and interact effectively with clients.
• Ability to provide insightful recommendations for platform optimization and contribute to team performance improvement.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Role :

Act as the Lead ForgeRock developer / Analyst of the team to perform analysis, design and implementation tasks for our various platforms. Main accountabilities are:

• Work with different functional teams and managers
• Gathering Technical requirements from Business stakeholders
• Analyzing/Creating User Stories, Doing Story points estimations.
• Design and implement solutions across multiple platforms
• Producing high quality code with excellent test coverage
• Code reviews and effective code maintenance
• Analyze product requirements and breaking down into user stories and tasks, with the tech team
• Estimate and planning to assist with the development of the product roadmap
• Developing build, test, and deployment automation
• Research and development of potential new technologies
• Defining processes and standards within the team and contributing to the continuous improvement of the product development process
• Producing a high standard of technical documentation
• Understanding Backlogs and fixing support challenges
• Ability to provide technical expertise for new and ongoing initiatives to work with project stakeholder to come up most feasible technical solution.
• Identify, resolve, and/or escalate all issues that threaten the successful delivery of assigned initiatives.
• Support Junior developers and setting up local environments

Required

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Identity and Access management (IAM) domain with expertise in one of IAM Products like ForgeRock or Oracle IAM:
• ForgeRock IAM products - FR AM, FR IDM, FR IG and FR DS
• Oracle IAM products – OAM, OIM, and OUD/OVD/OID
• Development experience on IAM platform (using Java Microservice, SpringBoot)
• Gathering Technical requirements from Business stakeholders
• Analyzing/Creating User Stories, Grooming with Story points estimations and Developing the code for them with team.
• Ability to research and troubleshoot ForgeRock. Experience with ForgeRock Backstage and support
• Experience in implementation and configuration of features like: MFA/ RBAC/ SAML/ OAUTH/ Federation etc. Frontend/workflow customization using Identity Experience Framework.
• Ability to act as ForgeRock champion in the identity domain. Engage on discussions on future of the platform.
• Strong experience on Full Stack development using JAVA SpringBoot (Web API/Microservices/ GraphQL) and Angular/ NodeJS / ReactJS and Spring MVC framework
• Understanding the requirement and development. Involved in End to End implementation.
• Skills with DevOps best practices including deployment automation tools, CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience of common DevOps platform tooling (chef, maven, jenkins, Puppet, Docker)
• Modern Agile and technology practices - to fit into the agile team cultures
• Written Unit test for components.
