About Mayson
Mayson is an Agentic coding platform. You describe what you want to build, and Mayson delivers a deployed, production-grade application — auth, payments, APIs, a real database, and infrastructure that handles real traffic from day one, with full codebase ownership. We are pre-seed funded and building for founders and solo builders who are past the prototype stage and need software that survives contact with actual users.
About the Role
This is not a "post three times a week on every platform" role. Mayson sells to tech-savvy individuals, an audience that ignores generic marketing and rewards people who clearly know what they are talking about. We are looking for someone who can write credibly for that audience, own our presence on X, support our founders’ build-in-public cadence, and turn social activity into signups rather than follower counts. You will work directly with the founders, with a high degree of autonomy and a short feedback loop. If you want a role where you own a channel end to end and can point to revenue impact, this is that role. Platform Priority We deliberately do not treat all platforms equally.
Effort should be allocated roughly as follows:
● X (Twitter) — primary (~60% of effort). Our audience lives here, and the platform rewards good individual posts regardless of follower count. This is where the majority of your time goes.
● LinkedIn — secondary (~30%). Credibility, hiring, investor and partner visibility. Founder personal accounts take priority over the company page.
● Instagram — opportunistic (~10%). Deprioritised by design. We will invest here only when we have visual material worth repurposing. Do not expect a Reels production schedule.
Key Responsibilities
1. Own X as Our Primary Channel
● Own the Mayson X account end to end: daily posting cadence, voice, replies, and growth.
● Turn product changelogs, engineering decisions, and customer stories into posts our audience stops scrolling for.
● Monitor conversations in the AI coding and vibe-coding space and join them quickly and credibly while they are still live.
● Build relationships with builders, creators, and founders in our space through genuine replies, not engagement bait.
2. Founder Amplification and Ghostwriting
● Support both founders’ build-in-public cadence: draft, edit, and schedule posts for their personal accounts.
● Sit in on product and engineering conversations, and mine them for raw material worth publishing.
● Turn a founder’s rough voice note, Slack message, or commit into a polished post that still sounds like them.
● Maintain a running backlog of founder content ideas so the cadence never depends on someone having a spare idea that morning.
3. Content Creation and Writing
● Write short-form social copy, threads, and LinkedIn posts in Mayson’s brand voice.
● Adapt a single piece of source material (a launch, a blog post, a customer win) into platform-native versions rather than cross-posting identical text.
● Work within our existing brand voice guidelines, including our list of banned hype words and our standard against AI-sounding filler copy.
● Produce simple supporting visuals in Canva or a similar tool where a post needs one.
4. Community Presence and Conversation Sourcing
● Maintain an active, helpful presence in the communities where our audience already gathers: Indie Hackers, relevant subreddits, Discord servers, and similar.
● Identify people publicly hitting the exact problems Mayson solves — prototypes breaking under real traffic, scaling walls, platform lock-in — and surface them to the founders for follow-up.
● Respect the culture of each community. Self-promotional posting in developer communities does more harm than no presence at all.
● Handle inbound comments, replies, and DMs across our accounts with a fast response time.
5. LinkedIn (Secondary Channel)
● Maintain the Mayson company page with a consistent, lower-frequency cadence.
● Prioritise ghostwriting for founder personal accounts, which consistently outperform company pages on this platform.
● Support hiring, fundraising, and partnership visibility through well-timed announcement content.
6. Content Planning and Execution
● Own and maintain the content calendar across channels, with priority weighting as defined above.
● Plan content around real company moments: product launches, feature releases, milestones, and customer stories.
● Keep a batch of evergreen content ready so that quiet product weeks do not become silent social weeks.
● Coordinate launch moments (Product Hunt, major releases) with the founders, including pre-launch and day-of content.
7. Analytics and Iteration
● Track performance against the KPIs below, with a focus on traffic and signups rather than reach alone.
● Report weekly on what worked, what did not, and what you are changing as a result.
● Run deliberate experiments on format, timing, and angle, and document what you learn.
● Maintain basic attribution so we can tell which channels and posts actually drive signups. Candidate Requirements Must-Have
● Excellent written English with a natural, internet-native voice. Correctness is not enough — you need to write the way our audience actually reads. This is non-negotiable.
● Demonstrable familiarity with developer and AI tooling. You should know what vibe coding means, recognise names like Lovable, Cursor, Bolt, Replit, Supabase, and Vercel, and be able to read a changelog and understand why a change matters.
● A personal track record on X or LinkedIn, or a portfolio of posts you wrote for someone else. We will read them.
● Confident and natural on camera. A meaningful part of this role is appearing in product demo videos, so you need to be comfortable presenting to a lens, speaking clearly and with energy, and carrying a video on your own. Shortlisted candidates will be asked to share or record a short piece to camera.
● Ability to write in someone else’s voice convincingly (ghostwriting).
● Understanding of how X, LinkedIn, and Instagram differ structurally, not just in audience.
● Genuine comfort in developer communities and an understanding of their norms around self-promotion.
● Proactive ownership. You will not receive a daily brief. You are expected to find the opportunities.
● Willingness to use AI tools for leverage while taking full responsibility for the final output. We do not publish unedited AI copy.
Preferred
● Experience marketing a B2B SaaS, developer tool, or technical product.
● Experience at an early-stage startup, where the role had no established playbook.
● Working knowledge of Canva or a similar design tool.
● Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools (Buffer, Typefully, Hypefury, or similar).
● Basic video editing ability (CapCut, Descript, Premiere, or similar) and a track record of on-camera content, whether for a brand or your own account.
● Some technical background — a CS degree, bootcamp, or self-taught projects — is a strong advantage but not a requirement.
Not Required
● Reels or short-form video production. We have deliberately deprioritised Instagram.
● Advanced graphic design. Simple, clean visuals are sufficient.
● Paid media or ad buying experience. This role is organic-first.
Key Performance Indicators
Primary (what this role is actually measured on):
● Click-throughs from social channels to mayson.dev.
● Signups and trial starts attributed to social and community activity.
● Qualified conversations sourced from communities and DMs, and passed to the founders.
● Growth in reach and engagement on founder personal accounts. Secondary (healthy indicators, not targets in themselves):
● Engagement rate and reach on the Mayson X account.
● Consistency of publishing cadence against the content calendar.
● Share of voice in AI coding and vibe-coding conversations.
● Quality and originality of content ideas brought to the team.
Deliberately not a standalone target: raw follower count.
Followers are a by-product of doing the above well, and optimizing for them directly tends to produce content that does not convert.
What We Are Looking For
● Proactive. Finds content opportunities without being asked, and ships without waiting for approval on every post.
● Credible. Can hold a conversation with a developer without sounding like a marketing department.
● Fast. Can turn a live trend or a shipped feature into a post the same day.
● Commercially minded. Understands that the job is signups, not applause.
● Ownership-oriented. Treats our social presence as their product.
Hiring Process
● Introductory call (30 minutes).
● Paid trial task: write three X posts based on a real Mayson changelog, one LinkedIn post for a founder account, identify five communities where our audience gathers with a short rationale for each, and record a 60-second piece to camera demoing or explaining one Mayson feature. Compensated, and expected to take roughly three hours.
● Conversation with both founders covering the trial task and how you would approach the first 90 days.
Why This Role
You will own a channel end to end at a funded, early-stage company, working directly with the founders and with visible impact on revenue rather than on a dashboard nobody reads. If you've done good social work in a structure that didn't let you make decisions, this is the opposite.

About the Role
SwitchKart is on a mission to make technology more accessible and more sustainable — we're in the business of recommerce, giving old smartphones a second life, cutting down e-waste, and extending the lifecycle of every device we touch.
We are looking for someone who gets culture, has a sharp sense of humour, and can make everyday content feel genuinely entertaining.
You will be SwitchKart's brand face who grows into the voice of the brand over time. This is not a traditional marketing role. You are a creator first. You will build SwitchKart's presence across Instagram and YouTube Shorts, collaborate with influencers, and show up in cultural spaces where our audience spends their time. Along the way, you'll find fun, interesting ways to educate people — making them think differently about what happens to their old devices, and why it matters.
What You'll Do
• Be the Brand Voice: Develop and own SwitchKart's social media personality — witty, savvy, humorous, and relatable. You are the everyday person who just gets it.
• Create Content: Ideate and produce short-form video content for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. The content universe will evolve — you will help shape it.
• Drive the Core Message: Make 'selling your old phone to SwitchKart' feel like the obvious, smart move. Find fresh, entertaining angles to say this without ever sounding like an ad.
• Influencer Collaborations: Identify and work with tech YouTubers, unboxing creators, lifestyle creators, gaming influencers, and comedy-adjacent personalities. Build real creative partnerships, not transactional ones.
• Cultural Sponsorships: Help activate SwitchKart's presence at standup comedy shows, gaming events, podcast sponsorships, and college campus activations. Show up where the audience already is.
• Grow the Channel: Own the Instagram and YouTube Shorts channel — track performance, understand what works, and constantly iterate on content strategy.
• Evolve the Brand: As the face of SwitchKart's identity, you will have real input into how the brand looks, sounds, and behaves online.
What We're Looking For
Must Have
• A genuine sense of humour — you can find the funny in the everyday
• Strong instinct for short-form video — you understand what makes people stop scrolling
• Comfortable being on camera and directing content
• 2–4 years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or similar
• Deep familiarity with Instagram and YouTube — you live on these platforms
• Ability to ideate, shoot, and edit independently
• Strong written and spoken communication in English and/or Hindi
Good to Have
• An existing social media presence or portfolio of video content
• Experience working with or alongside influencers
• Understanding of brand collaborations and sponsored content
• Familiarity with the southern cities cultural landscape
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance metrics
Why SwitchKart
• You will build a brand from near-scratch — your creative fingerprint will define SwitchKart's identity.
• High creative freedom — the content universe is yours to shape and evolve.
• Work at the intersection of humour, culture, and a genuinely interesting business.
• Real ownership, fast feedback, and a team that moves quickly.

Content & Social Lead
Location: Turbhe,Navi Mumbai (on site)
Type: Full-time
Experience: 4–6 years in content and social
About NapChief:
NapChief is a fast-growing D2C kidswear brand. We sell through our own website (napchief.com) and all major marketplaces including Myntra, FirstCry, and Amazon. At Nap Chief, we're redefining kids' wear for a new generation of parents. We craft premium, super-soft clothing that kids love to wear and parents trust. Our mission is to empower the young generation and we are looking for you to join forces with us to conquer this mission.
About the role
You will own NapChief’s entire content and social function: everything the brand publishes, the calendar it runs on, the team that produces it, and the audience response it earns. This is a management seat first and a craft seat second. Five people report to you, and you will be measured by what your team produces, not by what you produce personally. If your ambition is to be the best maker in the room, this is the wrong role. If your ambition is to build a content engine that runs on a calendar and hits its dates without you in the middle of every task, this is the right one.
Responsibilities:
Content calendar and planning
- Own the rolling content calendar across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and any platform we operate on — planned monthly, locked weekly, visible to the company in Asana with fixed start and end dates.
- Build the calendar around kidswear seasonality: the winter peak, festive and gifting windows, back-to-school, new collection drops, and end-of-season sale periods.
- Own the format mix — reels, statics, carousels, long-form, UGC and rebalance it monthly against performance data rather than team preference.
- Plan against the two audiences that matter and be explicit about which one each piece addresses: parents, who buy, and children, who wear.
Production and shoot management
- Own the shoot calendar end to end: concept, script, model casting and confirmation, location, props, styling, call sheets, and post-production timelines.
- Hold the production schedule. A shoot that loses its models on the morning of is a planning failure to build the confirmations, buffers, and fallbacks that prevent it.
- Manage external partners: photographers, videographers, editors, and studios, including rate negotiation and delivery timelines.
- Ensure every new collection has shoot-ready assets before it goes live on the website and marketplaces.
Organic social and community
- Own organic performance as a number: reach, engagement, saves, shares, follower growth, and non-follower reach reported weekly against target, not anecdotally.
- Run publishing discipline. No reposting old content as filler. Retire formats once they stop performing and test new ones on a defined cadence.
- Own community management comments, DMs, and the response SLA routing anything that becomes a service issue to customer service.
Influencer and UGC
- Own the influencer program through the influencer marketing owner on your team: partner selection, brief quality, deliverable tracking, usage rights, and cost per asset.
- Build a repeatable UGC pipeline from customers and parent creators, and route the best-performing assets into the paid creative pool.
- Measure influencer spend the way we measure everything else — cost per usable asset, engagement earned, and contribution to sales where trackable.
Brand storytelling
- Own the brand narrative in content: what NapChief stands for, how it sounds, and how that holds together across every post, campaign, and collection launch.
- Write and approve scripts and copy, or direct the team that does.
- Maintain the Master Creative Document as a living reference that survives any individual leaving.
- Run seasonal campaign concepts end to end: brief, narrative, asset list, timeline, and post-campaign review against results.
Team leadership
- Manage five people directly. Run weekly 1:1s and a documented weekly team review.
- Set priorities explicitly. Every person on your team should be able to state their top three priorities for the week without asking you.
- Hold people to dates. Where work slips you handle it directly — the conversation, the written expectation, the follow-up, and the escalation if it repeats. Repeated following-up is not management.
- Develop the team. Two of the five are in their first or second year. Your job is to make them independent, not to absorb their work when they struggle.
- Own hiring input, interview scorecards, and probation recommendations for your team.
Coordination
- Work alongside the Brand Strategist, who owns creative for paid media. Your organic and production engine feeds that pipeline.
- One team member is coached by the Brand Strategist on creative craft while reporting to you — you own their priorities, performance, and review.
- Work with the Shopify and marketplace owners so launches, sale events, and campaigns have assets on time.
KPIs you own
- Organic reach and engagement growth vs monthly target, including non-follower reach
- Content calendar adherence — planned vs published, on date
- Shoot-to-live turnaround — days from shoot to assets available for use
- Asset throughput per month at the agreed quality bar
- Influencer cost per usable asset
- Team scorecard completion every person on your team on a live weekly scorecard
Requirements:
- 4–6 years in content and social for consumer brands, including 2+ years managing a team of four or more. Agency backgrounds are welcome, particularly if you ran a pod across brands and now want to go deep on one.
- Demonstrated people management with a mechanism behind it. You will be asked in the interview to walk through, week by week, how you handled someone who repeatedly missed deadlines. We are looking for a specific method, not persistence.
- Experience running a production calendar with real deadlines and real consequences — shoots, launches, and campaign dates that could not move.
- Strong planning and timeline management. This is the core competency for this seat, ahead of design or editing skill.
- Storytelling ability. You can articulate why a piece of content exists and what it should make a parent feel or do.
- Comfort with numbers: platform analytics, weekly reporting, and making format decisions from data.
- Hands-on enough to be credible. You can brief, review, and give sharp feedback on a reel or a script even if you are not the one editing it.
- Working proficiency with Asana or an equivalent, plus social scheduling and analytics tooling.
- Not a fit if: your strongest asset is your personal portfolio and you would rather be making content than running a team; your management experience is limited to freelancers; or you have led social at a large brand where an agency and a producer handled production.
