We are seeking an individual with knowledge in Systems Management and/or Systems Monitoring Software and/or Performance Management Software and Solutions with insight into integrated infrastructure platforms like Cisco UCS, infrastructure providers like Nutanix, VMware, EMC & NetApp and public cloud platforms like Google Cloud and AWS to expand the depth and breadth of Virtana Products.

Role Responsibilities:

• The engineer will be primarily responsible for design and development of software solutions for the Virtana Platform
• Partner and work closely with team leads, architects and engineering managers to design and implement new integrations and solutions for the Virtana Platform.
• Communicate effectively with people having differing levels of technical knowledge.
• Work closely with Quality Assurance and DevOps teams assisting with functional and system testing design and deployment
• Provide customers with complex application support, problem diagnosis and problem resolution

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a Web Application centric Client Server Application development environment focused on Systems Management, Systems Monitoring and Performance Management Software.
• Able to understand and comprehend integrated infrastructure platforms and experience working with one or more data collection technologies like SNMP, REST, OTEL, WMI, WBEM.
• Minimum of 4 years of development experience with one of these high level languages like Python, Java, GO is required.
• Bachelor's (B.E, B.Tech) or Master's degree (M.E, M.Tech. MCA) in computer science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
•  2 years of development experience in public cloud environment using Kubernetes etc (Google Cloud and/or AWS)

Desired Qualifications:

• Prior experience with other virtualization platforms like OpenShift is a plus
• Prior experience as a contributor to engineering and integration efforts with strong attention to detail and exposure to Open-Source software is a plus
• Demonstrated ability as a strong technical engineer who can design and code with strong communication skills
• Firsthand development experience with the development of Systems, Network and performance Management Software and/or Solutions is a plus
• Ability to use a variety of debugging tools, simulators and test harnesses is a plus

1. Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably within the education sector, specifically in selling admission management solutions to CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, IB, and boarding schools.

We are looking for someone with a good experience in SAP BWHana and SAC with the following skill set.

• Proven experience in leading complex implementations from start to finish.

• Experience in integration with other ERPs ( SAP S/4 Hana).
• Understanding of report building, setting up dimensions and hierarchy, ETL and UAT.

• Experience in EPM platform/tools.

IT Operations Management:

 Oversee daily IT operations including infrastructure, service desk, data center,

and network management.

 Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all IT services and

platforms.

 Implement and uphold ITIL best practices across incident, change, problem, and

service management.

 Lead and mentor the IT operations team to achieve performance and service

excellence.

 Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in IT service delivery.

Presales Support for Managed Services:

 Collaborate with Sales and Solution Architects to develop tailored Managed

Services offerings for prospective clients.

 Participate in client meetings to present operational capabilities, service

models, and SLAs.

 Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation for

managed services solutions.

 Provide technical insights and feasibility assessments for client requirements.

Customer Infrastructure Transition:

 Lead the transition and onboarding of customer IT environments into our

Managed Services framework.

 Define and execute transition plans including discovery, documentation,

handover, and stabilization.

 Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure smooth

migration of services and minimal disruption.

 Identify risks and mitigation strategies during the transition phase.

Vendor and Compliance Management:

 Manage third-party service providers and ensure SLA compliance.

 Ensure adherence to industry standards, security practices, and regulatory

requirements.

 Participate in IT budgeting, procurement, and capacity planning.

- Webinar: Run webinars using Zoho webinar and/or a similar platform

 Responsibilities:

WEB PAGES:

Design and create webpages using Wix to enhance the company's online presence and user experience.

GRAPHIC DESIGNING:

● Generate engaging and visually appealing creatives for special occasions such as birthdays, holidays, and festivals using Canva.            

● Design marketing materials and creatives for the company using Canva designs to maintain brand consistency and enhance brand awareness. 

HTML EMAILS USING ZOHO CAMPAIGN:

1. Compile and curate 2 newsletters monthly.

2. Create Sales HTML emails monthly.

3. Coordinate with various departments to gather relevant information and updates for inclusion in the newsletter.

4. Manage the distribution and delivery of the monthly newsletter

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing & driving the online business on E-commerce marketplaces.
• Responsible for uploading new collections on a weekly basis and ensuring catalogue hygiene of the uploaded catalogue.
• Handling the marketing budgets & the paid advertising campaigns/sponsored ads on the marketplaces.
• Responsible for handling product listings, promotions, deals, discounts & day-to-day operational issues related to the marketplace.
• Sole POC for communication with the category team.
• Strategizing & implementing the plan of action for the month on month growth in the sales from the existing online marketplace.
• Ensuring that all new products are uploaded and listed on websites/channels
• Repricing the products
• FBA Set up a pricing minimum to maximum for FBA listings
• Creating product listings and set minimum and maximum pricing
• Generating out of stock report, bestselling products report, runout stock report brand by brand on daily basis.
• Sort out pricing error issues and re-activate the listings. Inactivate listing to make active listing if required.
• Deleting discarded SKUs from all channels if required
• Optimizing listings with accurate product information, images, pricing and placement to increase sales and maximize revenue
• Optimize existing listings of current products to ensure we are exploring sales opportunities
• Keep up to date with industry techniques for SEO and content marketing
• To analyze product pricing vs our competitors on an ongoing basis and make pricing adjustments
• Support customer care emails and calls and also support social media campaigns.
• Ability to communicate effectively and to operate as part of a team

What can you expect?

You will be part of the founding team at LDU and will be responsible for the end-to-end technology of the company including:

- Work with the founders on cutting edge technologies, including AI/ML, blockchain, computer vision, etc. across the tech-stack.

- Formulate long-term technology & product strategy along with implementation roadmap, while envisioning the tech-stack

required to scale the business 100X

- Architecting and engineering solutions across the entire technology stack including front-end, back-end, infrastructure,

architecture, server-side engineering, UI, etc. in line with the company's strategy.

- Work on the D2C website and enhance the user experience while increasing the company's online presence.

- Provide help to everyone in the team and greatly reduce the time and technical costs of team communication, technology

docking.

- Plan and collaborate with the other teams including marketing/ growth, customer success/ sales, design, operations, etc. to

implement new product features, growth hacks/ initiatives identified through user interviews/ insights, etc in a timely manner.

- Will be involved in a horizontal technical requirement, so should be able to make a prototype design for a product very rapidly

while executing the same with a wide range of techniques.

- Build processes/mechanisms to track the KPIs across product/ technology and ensure religious execution of the targets

- Build and lead the technology team including the engineering team, product team, Quality Assurance, etc.

- Ability to Code in both frontend and backend of the site

- Stronghold in both front-end & back-end development/ algorithms with experience of building agile, highly scalable, data-driven

platforms from scratch

- Ability to be hands-on with coding across big data, mobile apps, AI & ML, analytics, DevOps, business intelligent solutions, etc.

apart from strategically guiding/ mentoring the team

- Stronghold in executing stuff on the ground and hustle around to Get things done
