We are looking for a Senior full-stack preferred with a demonstrated track
record of developing and maintaining production services, innovative thinking, and technical
excellence. As a senior engineer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end ownership of
systems, from conception to launch and maintenance. You should have a solid understanding of
software development lifecycle and software design principles.

This person MUST have:
- BE Computer Science, MCA or equivalent
- Cloud app development experience
- Strong Django and ReactJS experience
- Advanced knowledge of Python and relational databases
- Understanding of APIs, pagination, searching, sorting
- Experience with building, modifying and extending API endpoints (REST or
GraphQL) for data retrieval and persistence.
- Creating high performance UI etc.
- Experience with SQL and NOSQL databases
- Experience with the full software development life cycle, including requirements
collection, design, implementation, testing, and operational support.
- Experience with scrum or other agile software development methodology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, teamwork, decision making and
influencing skills.

Timings:
- 40 hours a week but with 4 hours a day overlapping with client timezone.
Typically clients are in California PST Timezone.

What You'll Do
- Architect and build core platform features using Python, Node.js, Next.js, React, and MongoDB
- Design and implement production-grade LLM systems with advanced tool usage, RAG pipelines, and agent architectures
- Build AI workflows that combine multiple tools for legal research, validation, and document analysis
- Create scalable RAG infrastructure to handle thousands of legal documents with high accuracy
- Implement AI tool chains to provide agents tool inputs
- Design intuitive interfaces that make complex legal workflows simple and powerful
- Own end-to-end features from conception through deployment and iteration
- Establish engineering best practices for AI systems including evaluation, monitoring, and safety

Interview Process
