MERN Stack Developer - React.Js and Node.Js

What You’ll Do:

We’re looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join us early, own critical systems, and help shape both the product and the engineering culture from day one.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Own end-to-end product development, from user experience to backend integration
• Build and scale a modern SPA using React, TypeScript, Vite, and Tailwind Design intuitive, high-trust UIs for finance workflows (payments, approvals, dashboards)
• Collaborate closely with backend systems written in Go via well-designed APIs
• Translate product requirements into clean, maintainable components and state models
• Optimize frontend performance, bundle size, and load times for complex dashboards
• Work directly with founders and design partners to iterate rapidly on product direction
• Establish frontend best practices around architecture, testing, and developer experience
• Contribute across the stack when needed, including API design and data modeling discussions.

What You’ll Need:

• Strong experience with Go in production systems
• Solid backend fundamentals: APIs, distributed systems, concurrency, and data modeling
• Hands-on experience with AWS, including deploying and operating production services
• Deep familiarity with Postgres, including schema design, indexing, and performance considerations
• Comfort working in early-stage environments with ambiguity, ownership, and rapid iteration
• Product mindset — you care about why you’re building something, not just how
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make pragmatic tradeoffs

Set Yourself Apart With:

• Experience with Tailwind or other utility-first CSS frameworks
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
• Experience building fintech or enterprise SaaS UIs
• Exposure to AI-powered UX (LLM-driven workflows, assistants, or automation)

We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer Level 2 to join our technology team in Pune. You will be responsible for handling operations, design, development, testing, leading the software development team and working toward infrastructure development that will support the company’s solutions. You will get an opportunity to work closely on projects that will involve the automation of the manufacturing process.  

Key responsibilities 

• Creating Plugins for Open-Source framework Grafana using React & Golang. 
• Develop pixel-perfect implementation of the front end using React. 
• Design efficient DB interaction to optimize performance. 
• Interact with and build Python APIs. 
• Collaborate across teams and lead/train the junior developers. 
• Design and maintain functional requirement documents and guides. 
• Get feedback from, and build solutions for, users and customers. 

Must have worked on these technologies.  

• 2+ years of experience working with React-Typescript on a production level 
• Experience with API creation using node.js or Python 
• GitHub or any other SVC   
• Have worked with any Linux/Unix-based operating system (Ubuntu, Debian, MacOS, etc)  

Good to have experience: 

• Python-based backend technologies, relational and no-relational databases, Python Web Frameworks (Django or Flask) 
• Experience with the Go programming language 
• Experience working with Grafana, or on any other micro frontend architecture framework 
• Experience with Docker 
• Leading a team for at least a year

Responsibilities :

• Design and implementation of continuous integration and deployment.

• Integrating with third-party APIs and existing frameworks.
• Ensuring responsiveness of applications and writing maintainable, scalable, and unit-testable code. Be passionate about the long-term stability, scalability, and reusability of shared components.
• Implement new requirements, handle change requests, and fix bugs for different releases. Deliver a high-quality and functioning code.
• Integrating solutions to enterprise software and legacy software
• Actively Participate in sprint ceremonies and work towards continually improving the process
• Prioritizes tasks and keeps manager up to date on status and roadblocks
• Help the junior engineers to unblock them and guide them on best design practices. Help in code reviewing on a regular basis
• Prepare thorough technical documentation which can be used by other engineers
• Stay up to date with new technologies and determine how to incorporate these into future platform capabilities

Requirements:

• Minimum 4-8+ years of overall experience developing B2B SAAS products 
• 3+ years of Experience working on React.js and its core principles
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Hands-on experience with Node.js and Express.js including state management like Redux
• Good understanding of NestJS, Next.JS, Tailwind CSS, Server-Side Rendering, Storybook/Bit, Bootstrap, and Material UI.
• Thorough understanding of modeling and scaling databases like MongoDB, DynamoDB or Firestore
• Deep understanding of object-oriented JavaScript and design principles and standards
• Hands-on experience in UI optimization best practice implementations
• Understanding of Serverless architecture like Lambda or Google Cloud functions
• Significant experience in developing high-performance, distributed, and scalable applications with container deployment (Docker and Microservices)
• Well-versed with collaboration, and Testing tools like Git, Swagger, and Cypress
• Proven experience with unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing.
• Knowledge of open-source technologies and common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, PNPM etc.
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Knowledge of Nginx and AWS services like S3, and EC2 will be helpful

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to Terraform, GItlab CI/CD, and GitOps is a plus
• A keen eye for UX has experience building complex B2B applications
• Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment where experimentation is one of the most common practices for product innovation and improvements
• Basic understanding of the Figma Tool and app development via React Native
• Good experience with deploying applications on AWS & DevOps

Qualifications include:

• Strong CS fundamentals including familiarity with data structures and especially the asynchronous challenges that face JavaScript developers today.   
• Experience developing in at least 2 server side languages (PHP, node.js, …)  
• Experience developing in at least 1 client side JS framework (ReactJS, Angular, …)  
• Experience testing software in alignment with the Test Pyramid.  
• Experience with datastores, either SQL (MySQL preferred) or NoSQL, and the ability to talk deeply about them.  
• Able to identify the source of complex problems occurring as a result of multiple systems interacting (experience with observability tools such as datadog/newrelic is a plus).   
• Experience working on a team of 5 engineers plus supporting roles (e.g. QA, design, etc), preferably as a Senior Software Engineer.  
• Experience with code review, being able to sign-off on another team member’s code ensuring high quality standards.  
• Be self-sustained even when tackling the highest profile, most difficult work across the organization.  
• Willingness to accept responsibility and be accountable not only for your own work but the work of the team as a whole.  
• Experience working with other people’s code, how to dig into it and make tactical changes with minimal side effects.  
• A solid understanding of how to break down user stories and give estimates that include accessibility and security requirements.  
• Be able to see roadblocks far ahead, across many vectors of risk  
• Be a true team player! Ensuring their knowledge and expertise is shared amongst other team members and even cross-team and be willing to seek out opportunities to mentor teammates.
