Architecture/Interior Design Specialist with Advanced SketchUp Modeling Experience

Job Description:

looking for a highly skilled and creative Architecture/Interior Design Specialist with advanced SketchUp modeling experience to join our dynamic design team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture or interior design and be proficient in using SketchUp for creating detailed 3D models, including furniture modeling.

Familiarity with SketchUp plugins is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 3D models using SketchUp, including architectural and interior designs.

• Model and design various types of furniture pieces with precision and creativity.

• Collaborate with the design team to translate conceptual ideas into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.

• Utilize SketchUp plugins and other relevant tools to enhance modeling efficiency and quality.

• Produce high-quality renderings and visualizations to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders - Optional

• Ensure designs meet company standards, project requirements, and regulatory compliance.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, software updates, and best practices in SketchUp modeling.

• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

• Support the team in other design-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

• Proven experience with advanced SketchUp modeling, including both architectural and interior design projects.

• Expertise in furniture modeling using SketchUp; familiarity with various furniture design styles and materials.

• Experience with SketchUp plugins for enhanced functionality is highly desirable.

• Strong portfolio showcasing previous SketchUp modeling projects.

• Proficiency in other design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. 

Required experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Web & Backend Development using Python

Overview

We are looking for Python developers with a strong understanding of object orientation and experience in web and backend development. Experience with Analytical algorithms and mathematical calculations using libraries such as Numpy and Pandas are a must. Experience in some form of Machine Learning. We require candidates who have working experience using Django Framework

Key Skills required (Items in Bold are mandatory keywords) :

PHP Developer responsible for managing back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users.

You'll be responsible for developing new features and enhancing existing features for our flagship wind farm design application, a unique tool dedicated to optimizing and analysing wind farms.

We are building a set of tools, approaches, and engineering processes that combine to form a capability to undertake the technical management of wind farm development at a significantly improved level of sophistication over existing standard industry approaches.

As a frontend developer, you will play a key role in building new features for our flagship application, contributing to our mission of driving innovation in the industry.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Participate in Application Development, focusing on frontend (React), to deliver high-quality web applications with exceptional User Experience. This includes creating admin tools and dashboards for seamless internal management.
• Collaborate in our Kanban-based development process to develop new components and user interaction workflows for our flagship application.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement new components/views for major features, with support from the lead engineer and other developers.
• Maintain and update the frontend stack and dependencies.
• ou would be able to see how we build and streamline our CI/CD pipeline.
• Work closely and learn from our Product Architect and Senior Engineer

Candidate Requirements:

We're seeking someone with a strong background in frontend development, a good understanding of the stack, and a genuine passion for creating beautiful and functional user experiences through elegant and efficient code.

You are a person with:

• 3-5 years of experience building front-end web applications; please also tell us about related degrees or training.
• You should be able to demonstrate fluency in React.
• You should have contributed to open source, proving your proficiency with Git and Git Flow. These contributions can include your personal projects, app ideas, or tools, with links provided in your application.
• Any UI/UX design experience will also greatly benefit the role.
• Great deal of attention to detail

CTC:

We are seeking a Software Design Engineer with hands-on design skills and exceptional unit testing experience. This person will be responsible to design, develop and troubleshoot software programs for laboratory medical device new product development. The incumbent practices and propagates engineering practices on design principles, code quality, refactoring and unit testing.

Responsibilities

• Prototype, design, refactor, implement, unit test Windows based software applications
• Participate in cross-functional project teams to refactor and design software
• Work with multi-discipline teams on new product introduction project while adhering to software development and source control processes
• Document software, write technical specifications for interfaces and testing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field with no less than 8+ years of experience
