Tech Lead/ Solution Architect

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer with expertise in Python, JavaScript, and No-Code AI tools to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both backend and frontend development, capable of working with modern frameworks, and have experience in LLM prompt engineering, data extraction, and response formatting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable backend services using FastAPI / Flask / Django.
• Build dynamic front-end applications using React / Next.js.
• Implement LLM-based solutions for data extraction and response formatting.
• Design and optimize databases using Milvus / Weaviate / Pinecone for vector storage and MongoDB / MySQL for structured data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality AI-driven applications.
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
• Communicate technical ideas effectively through written and verbal communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

• Programming: Proficiency in Python and JavaScript.
• Backend: Experience with FastAPI / Flask / Django.
• Frontend: Strong understanding of React / Next.js.
• Database: Knowledge of at least one vector database (Milvus / Weaviate / Pinecone) and one relational or NoSQL database (MongoDB / MySQL).
• No-Code AI & LLM:
• Expertise in LLM Prompt Engineering.
• Experience with data extraction from context and response formatting.

Soft Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and clients.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on innovation and efficiency.

• 7+ years of overall software development experience. 

• Hands-on experience with backend languages like Python, Java and Javascript. 

• 2+ years of distributed cloud systems architecture. 

• Good understanding of SQL and experience in designing database structures. 

• Understanding of frontend development and frameworks at a high level. 

• High availability and fault tolerance systems design experience. 

• Test Driven Design practitioner and good understanding of unit Testing and comprehensive test suite building. 

• Customer focused with good analytical thinking and problem solving. 

• Metrics based progress monitoring and reporting capabilities. 

• Flexibility to interface with cross timezone teams. 

• Should have led cross-functional teams like frontend, backend, UI/UX, devops, QA, etc. 

• Experience in security practices for web applications. 

Note: Hands on experience in Angular is also must.

Relevant work experience in ASP.net, C#

At least 2 years of experience with WCF Services

Very strong C# fundamentals
Has experience in building applications in C#

Experience and proficiency in client-side scripting languages, in particular HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Experience and proficiency in cloud environment, in particular AWS

Additional skills-

- experience of handling Photon Engine

- knowledge of Scripting language like Python, Shell

- Knowledge of apache web server and php application deployment

- Performance monitoring- apps and cloud infra

Job Role

As a software developer, you’ll be the brain behind crafting, developing, testing, going live and maintaining the system. You are passionate about understanding the business context for features built to drive better customer experience and adoption.

Job Location: Indore | Full Time | Experience: 2.5 yrs & above | Salary ∝ Expertise | Rs.5L ~ Rs.12L |

Responsibilities:

• Familiar with the software development life cycle (SDLC) from analysis to deployment.
• Comply with coding standards and technical design.
• Believes in a systematic approach to developing the system through clear documentation (flowcharts, layouts, &, etc) of functionality, address every use case through creative solutions.
• Adapts structured coding styles for easy review, testing, and maintainability of the code.
• Integrate the developed functionality and/or component into a fully functional system.
• Ensure unit and integration level verification plan are in place and adheres to a great quality of code at all time.
• Active participate in troubleshooting, debugging and updating current live system.
• Verify user feedback in making system more stable and easy.
• Work closely with the Product manager, designers, and other peer developers.
• Preparing technical training documents for onboarding new engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or Software Developer or in a relevant role.
• Smart Hands-on coder who can independently architect solutions and mentor team members.
• Solid experience in PHP, Node, Mongo, and MySQL
• Should have good Web service and Web application fundamentals
• Understanding of OOPS concepts, Persistence, Threading.
• Should have worked with HTML/ CSS/ Jquery/ Js / API.
• Knowledgeable in data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with open-source projects.
• Experience in designing interactive applications.
• A background in Engineering with sound oral and written communication skills.
• Prior experience with AWS, Azure, Google or OpenStack will be a plus.
• Hands-on a google cloud platform and Experience in Suite CRM is an added advantage.
