Job Summary

NextNation is seeking a passionate and motivated Inside Sales Associate to join our growing team. As a fast-expanding immigration consultancy, we are looking for individuals who are dedicated to helping clients achieve their global career and mobility goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clear advice to clients on immigration services through phone, email, and in-person consultations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest immigration laws and visa requirements, offering accurate and timely guidance.
• Evaluate client profiles and offer honest, helpful feedback on their immigration opportunities.
• Develop plans and set goals to help meet sales targets and deliver results.
• Follow up with potential clients to turn inquiries into signed contracts.
• Stay in touch with clients throughout their journey, making sure they have the support they need at every stage.
• Help clients gather and submit the necessary documents for their visa applications.
• Contribute ideas for marketing strategies and help create content to attract new clients.
• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve sales strategies.

What We Are Looking For:

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field like Travel and Tourism, Law, or International Relations.
• 1-3 years of experience in immigration consulting, sales, or similar roles (fresh graduates with strong skills are also welcome).
• A good understanding of immigration laws and requirements for different countries.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complicated processes simply and clearly.
• A strong sales mindset and a focus on delivering great customer service.
• Attention to detail and excellent research skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills are a plus.

• Strong technical skills on UiPath, and end to end UiPath offerings
• Understanding of workflow-based logic and hands on experience with RE-framework.
• Excellent communication skill is a must
• Basic programming/Scripting knowledge on VBA/VB/java/C# script is must
• Knowledge in cognitive automation with OCR tools, AI/ML skills is a plus.
• Excellent software development background with any of the following (C#, C++, Java, .NET) is a plus
• Experience working on other RPA tools/vendors is a plus
• Experience in the field of Bot development
• UiPath RPA developer advanced certificate must.

What you will do

We’re looking for efficient Youtube Channel Managers who will help to take vision forward. The vision being to be the first ones in the market to bring exclusive and authentic content related to state-level exams.

So, you need to be someone ready to take up the responsibility of handling the overalls of multiple YouTube Channels across multiple states. As part of that, we’ll need you to: -

• Own the entire YouTube strategy and its implementation on multiple channels. Come up with effective growth strategies for sustained growth
• Manage the creators, content, and overall production of the videos that’ll go on the channel.
• Lead 4-6 people teams with a good mix of creative and technical skills

• Make data driven decisions and carry out regular data analysis 

You should apply if you

• Bring your A-Game: Is analytically strong with an understanding of content and domain knowledge. Candidates who can innovate in limited budgets will be preferred!
• Know the yard: Should have worked on brand or content strategy in the digital domain. An experience of 2-3 years is required. Having significant Youtube Experience is ideal.
• Are stacked with the necessary skills: Mid level data analysis skills, the skill to to manage a team of 4-6 people, and some basic excel will do the job.

Job Requirement

• Full-stack developer with exposure working in building products from scratch
• Have 2+ years in implementing front-end of applications using ReactJS
• Proficient in HTML 5, CSS 3, Bootstrap Ant-D, Redux, JavaScript and writing cross-browser compatible code
• Good knowledge of MVC, MVVM, OOPS concepts, Web Development Concept.
• Experience with RESTful services
• Work experience any one of the backend technologies such as Java, NodeJS, .NET will be a major plus
• Experience in JavaScript build tools such as web-pack /gulp
• Familiar with testing frameworks (such as Jasmine) and Test runner framework (such as Karma) (good to have)
• Thorough understanding of the responsibilities of the platform, database, API, caching layer, proxies, and other web services used in the system
• Knows unit testing
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills

Duty /Responsibility

• Your specific duties in this role will include:
• Responsible for the front end/UI development for of the web-based and mobile-based application
• Responsible for communicating with clients
• Responsible for communicating with Designing Team and Team Manager

• Responsible for mentoring junior front-end developers

• Participate in the development of application software
• Own the detailed design of the system.
• Comfortable in design, implementation, testing, and documentation
• Ensure quality by writing developer level tests (unit, component, etc.)

Skills and experience

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in Computer Science or related field 
• 6-7 years’ experience hands-on in Node JS experience, Good Java script fundamentals. Python experience will be a plus.
• Should be experienced in web-based applications and micro-services architecture.
• Experience in relational databases ( PostgreSQL or Redshift)
• Exposure to MOCHA, CHAI test framework
• Knowledge in Test Driven Development.
• Experience of working in Cloud environments like AWS etc
• Knowledge of deploying application on Cloud Foundry
• Excellent coding and debugging skills. Knowledge of design patterns and practical application of the same
• Knowledge of Privacy & Security Rules, aspects for Software is a plus

As Senior UI Developer at BRIDGEi2i, you will participate in design, development and implementation of architectural deliverables of custom projects and products of BRIDGEi2i in Business Intelligence Applications. The role includes working closely with lead, testers, customers, project/product managers and designers. 

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in JavaScript, CSS and HTML and libraries like jQuery
• Expertise of 2+ year(s) in UI frameworks ( Angular (v2 and above), ReactJS) 
• Good knowledge of web services (Restful API)
• Good knowledge of relational database management systems (SQL)
• Knowledge of build tools (Babel, Webpack, NPM, Grunt, Gradle, Yarn, etc)
• Working knowledge of server-side technologies, such as Spring Boot, NodeJS (Express or GraphQL on top preferred, but not compulsory)
