Role Overview

The Accounting & Bookkeeping Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, tracking

all income and expenses, and preparing monthly reconciliations and reports.

The role demands precision, accountability, and confidentiality while working remotely and coordinating with

internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

 Financial Record Keeping

• Record all financial transactions accurately in accounting software (Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks).

• Maintain ledgers, journals, and daily bookkeeping updates.

• Track company payments, receipts, and petty cash.

 Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Manage vendor invoices, verify bills, and process timely payments.

• Work closely with Charted Accountant.

• Record all client receipts and reconcile payment entries with project records.

• Maintain a clean record of outstanding receivables and follow-up status.

 Reconciliation & Reporting

• Conduct monthly bank reconciliation statements and balance verification.

• Prepare and share monthly P&L, balance sheets, and expense summaries.

• Support management in preparing financial dashboards and summaries.

 Compliance & Audit Support

• Maintain documentation for all accounting entries to ensure audit readiness.

• Assist in compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, etc.).

• Support internal and external audits with timely submission of required records.

 Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with HR, Operations, and Vendors for payment verification and approvals.

• Communicate effectively via email and Google Sheets to maintain transparency.

• Report financial discrepancies or unusual transactions immediately to management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter preferred.

• Experience:

o 5 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience

• Technical Skills:

o Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks.

o Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, reporting).

o Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and general accounting principles.

Qualification- B.E /B.Tech in Computer Science or M.E/M.Tech in Computer Science

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strong Technical experience in Node/ Nest JS & React native/Java  and oracle/ MY SQL
2. Should have worked in BFSI preferably banking domain
3. Should have handled large or complex projects and should be able to manage multiple project track activities independently
4. Experience in mobile native apps /web development as well as should have strong problem solving skills.
5. Strong analytical capabilities as well should have some experience on measuring performance of application at design stage.
6. Should have hands on experience on mobile apps and web apps development and designing skills.
7. Vendor management and should be capable of designing API specification and application functional flow.
8. Should have hands on experience on SQL/ oracle db queries and db design. Experience on AWS/Azure Cloud would be an added advantage

Required Qualifications:

• Prior Experience in ServiceNow development and administration in an enterprise environment.
• Ability to configure, develop, and implement functionality within ServiceNow.
• ServiceNow System Developer, Administrator Certification.
• Ability to relate to software engineering challenges and practices.

Preferred Education/Experience:

Role & Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will be experienced in leading and developing a support team within a product support environment
• This position will oversee the teams active case workload and provide guidance where required with a focus on a high-quality world-class customer experience.
• Oversees top tier customer critical account technical support situations to insure all elements of technical support are progressing to issue resolution. Initiates and facilitates the discussion with customer and respective resolution stakeholders during critical issues. Ensures timely, professional and effective communication with the customer and internal groups from both the technical and management perspectives
• Assists with the maintenance of and compliance with department policies and procedures
• Identifies team and individual training needs and assist in driving the delivery of these training initiatives
• Mentors and coaches Technical Support Engineers, soft skills, case management, technical skills, etc.

Qualification (Knowledge & Skills)

• 6-8 years of Experience in Production Support. Preferably in the BFSI domain.
• Experience of leading L1 & L2 support resources
• Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with multiple levels of customer with the ability to obtain a working knowledge in support of their business objectives in relation to the delivery of secure applications and data
• Prior experience working for a global IT vendor in a similar role
• Ability to facilitate and manage cross-team collaboration to solve customer issues working with teams in person and virtually
• Experience serving as a customer advocate able to understand and articulate the needs of the client and deliver on those needs
• Ability to keep calm and cool during critical situations and skilled in handling high profile situations with ease
• Must be motivated by challenges, results driven, and able to recommend multiple solutions for a problem

Job Description:

1. At least 3+ years’ experience into web front end/full stack development

1. Proficient in Object Oriented JavaScript programming and working with JS frameworks on both client and server-side

1. In depth knowledge and working experience in full stack development, for example in Node JS and Mongo DB based implementations as a MEAN stack dev

1. Experience implementing applications using Sails.JS, Angular or ExpressJS frameworks

1. Have hands on knowledge in database technologies, preferable NoSQL databases, such as, MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.

1. Experience with design patterns and building applications from scratch is a plus
2. Thorough understanding and exposure to API integrations, especially RESTful-based web services in JSON
3. Continuous integration (Jenkins/Hudson) and version control (bitbucket, Git etc).
