Responsibilities :
- Execute and drive multiple UI UX projects by diagnosing business and user needs.
- Apply all pieces of user-centred design methodology and processes.
- Plan and conduct primary and secondary research.
- Convert user insights into concept designs that are not only compelling but are contrasting ideas looking at business challenges from varied angles.
- Design and manage all interaction design activities including visual design coordination with global designers.
- Present design decisions to the stakeholders that are backed up by strong experience design principles and rationale.
- Coordinate with technology teams to bring designs to a pixel-perfect reality.
- Manage communications at all levels and be responsible for project deliverables with quality and on time.
- A clear and effective presentation style to inform and influence important design decisions and maintain credibility.
- Create wireframes and visual design mockups as needed in order to effectively conceptualize and communicate detailed user interaction behaviors
- Create or advise on content architecture and navigation design, Design page level layout, page flow, and task fulfilment
- Conduct user research and synthesize findings
- Define and distill complex user requirements
- Design digital products and service processes
- Conduct usability testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Communicate design solutions.
What We're Looking For :
- A relevant design degree, or equivalent work experience in UI UX is required
- 2+ years of experience with enterprise or design-oriented systems
- Familiar with design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Knowledgeable about HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; able to demonstrate how technical constraints and opportunities inform design solutions
- Portfolios demonstrate your expertise and experience is required
- You are able to communicate design rationale effectively in both oral and written forms, influence others, and find innovative solutions to problems.
- In the past, work has involved cross-functional collaboration with designers, product managers, software engineers, and end users.
- You have the ability to contribute to design strategy and build strong relationships across stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
