Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute test cases for web and mobile applications.

Perform manual, automation, and performance testing to ensure product quality.

Identify, record, and track software defects.

Collaborate closely with development teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Create and maintain automation scripts and test frameworks.

Conduct regression testing and ensure smooth product releases.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in software testing.

Strong knowledge of Manual Testing, Automation Testing (Selenium, TestNG, or similar), and Performance Testing (JMeter or LoadRunner).

Experience with bug tracking tools like JIRA or Bugzilla.

Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Job Description

This is an HR Generalist role wherein, you will be an integral part of our People Function team, responsible for assisting in various human resources functions and initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience to gain valuable hands-on experience and develop a strong foundation in HR practices.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Participate and drive creative employee engagement initiatives by coordinating with other team members.

2. Coordinate pre-onboarding schedules, induction sessions, arrange meetings with leadership, address queries, and distribute joining formalities documents, emails, etc.

3. Issuance of letters and Filing of all documents.

4. Communication : manage internal posts around company announcements, new joiners, festivals etc.

5. Handle leave management across all departments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Building smooth UIs and designing responsive screens across both mobile platforms.
• Leveraging native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms.
• Diagnosing and fixing bugs and performance bottlenecks.
• Reaching out to the open source communities to encourage and help implement mission - critical software fixes (React Native updates frequently and dependent libraries might break).
• Maintaining code and writing automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality. 

Skills Required:

• Experience with unit testing and integration testing

Hiring Technical Lead

You will scale and lead Procol’s engineering teams. You’ll be instrumental in driving the product vision and will be responsible for hiring, developing and leading engineers to seamlessly execute our technical roadmap.
