We are looking for an experienced Device42 Administrator with strong expertise in Enterprise CMDB, Infrastructure Discovery, Asset Management, Application Dependency Mapping, and Cloud/On-Premises infrastructure visibility.

The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in Device42 administration, auto-discovery configuration, monitoring rule setup, CMDB and asset management, integrations, data quality, governance, reporting, security, and compliance. The candidate should also have experience integrating Device42 with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow and legacy monitoring/APM tools.

Device42 Administrator

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with business units to understand their needs and challenges, and document these into functional specifications, user stories, and process workflows.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow design, development, and implementation across multiple modules.

• Expertise in Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, CMDB, and CSDM frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with platform integrations (OKTA, Azure AD, JIRA, Teams, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD); Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in at least one domain preferred (ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, or GRC).
