Job Description of RF Engineer (Fresher’s)
Engineer is responsible for the optimization and enhancement of wireless telecommunications networks.
Responsibilities:
Perform in RF Optimization activities with a help of Sr. Engineers.
Optimization of a WCDMA/LTE (3G/4G) network to trouble shoots and improves KPIs.
Understanding of Radio Resource Management functionalities (e.g. Admission Controls, Handover control, Capacity management, etc.).
Essential Qualification and Skills:
Master or Bachelor's degree in EC, Telecommunication, or equivalent required with minimum 70% score.
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Working Condition:
Flexible to work long hours including weekends and be ready to work in night shift.
Remuneration: As per Industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel potential students to help them understand our various courses and make better learning choices.
- Conduct detailed profiling of the learner to understand the student career aspirations and learning ability and pitch the right program
