Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Opportunity Creation
- Understand the Identity Confluence platform, its use cases, and business benefits.
- Communicate product capabilities clearly to prospects and customers.
- Identify opportunities where Identity Confluence can improve efficiency, governance, and security.
- Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Continuous follow-up until the prospect is converted as a customer.
Sales & Pipeline Development
- Coordinate with internal pre-sales and technical teams for demos and PoCs.
- Generate leads through outbound outreach, networking, references, and partnerships.
- Manage the sales pipeline from initial discussion to closure.
- Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-up discussions with prospects.
- Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets for demos, PoCs and closures
- Maintain opportunity updates in CRM.
