Job Description

• We are looking for a great JavaScript developer who is proficient with React.js. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important.

Position Summary:

The Legal Advisor will provide expert guidance on legal matters affecting the university, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, safeguarding institutional interests, and supporting policy development. The role involves advising management, drafting and reviewing contracts, handling disputes, and liaising with external legal bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise university leadership on legal and regulatory issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, MoUs, and agreements.
• Ensure compliance with education laws, labor laws, and institutional policies.
• Represent the university in legal proceedings when required.
• Support policy formulation and risk management strategies.
• Liaise with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and external counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, contact, and manage vendors to ensure timely procurement of materials.
• Generate and process Requests for Quotations (RFQs); coordinate vendor confirmations and responses.
• Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and Proforma Invoices (PIs) with accuracy.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material availability to prevent shortages or excess.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procurement records—contracts, invoices, delivery notes, and orders.
• Conduct quality checks during incoming inspections to ensure material compliance and standards.
• Coordinate with vendors for quality certificates, compliance documents, and regulatory adherence.
• Collaborate closely with internal engineering, production, and finance teams to align procurement activities with project goals.

• Proven experience as a .NET Developer in at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#) and HTML5/CSS3
• Working experience with SQL Server or other RDBMS
• Working experience on entity Framework.
• Has designed large and complex enterprise web application and RESTful services (Web API) using the .Net technology stack.
• Must possess strong understanding on OOPS concepts
• Write functional code with a sharp eye for spotting defects.
• A team player and excellent communicator.
• Work with internal teams to design, develop and maintain software.
• Participate in requirements analysis

We are seeking a Security Program Manager to effectively drive Privacy & Security Programs in collaboration with cross functional teams. You will partner with engineering leadership, product management and development teams to deliver more secure products.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work with multiple stakeholders across various departments such as IT, Engineering, Business, Legal, Finance etc to implement controls defined in policies and processes.
• Manage projects with security and audit requirements with internal and external teams and serve as a liaison among all stakeholders.
• Managing penetration tests and security reviews for core applications and APIs.
• Identify, create and guide on privacy and security requirements considering applicable Data Protection Laws and implement them across software modules developed at Netmeds.
• Brainstorm with engineering teams to figure out how privacy and security controls can be applied to Netmeds tech stack.
• Coordination with Infra Teams and Dev Teams on DB and application hardening, standardization of server images / containerization.
• Assess vendors' security posture before onboarding them and after they qualify, review their security posture at a set frequency.
• Manage auditors and ensure compliance for ISO 27001 and other data privacy audits.
