Requirements:

Must-Have:

● Good interpersonal and communication skills. An analytical mind and an eye for detail

● Experience of 4-7 years in building large applications, preferably from the heavy data processing & analytics side

● Experience in architecting, designing, and building end-to-end System Design of multi tenant SAAS applications

● Experience architecting interactive configuration experiences around DAGs, configuration-heavy reporting feature, interactive data pipeline design interfaces, and charting.

● Experience in Java, Spring Boot, and GCP

● In-depth understanding of design patterns, OOPs, and Functional programming.

● Passionate programmer focused on Backend Programming.

Good to have:

● Working knowledge of GCP managed services like Kubernetes, PubSub

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality backend solutions using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and maintain scalable microservices that interact with various data sources and front-end applications.
• Develop RESTful APIs for internal and external consumption.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including front-end developers, QA, and DevOps.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across environments.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.
• Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale by identifying and resolving bottlenecks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Java (8 or higher).
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot framework.
• Experience in developing RESTful APIs and understanding of HTTP protocols.
• Solid understanding of Microservices architecture and related patterns (e.g., service discovery, circuit breaker).
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Understanding of containerization tools (e.g., Docker) and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control tools like Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

• Proven experience in any high-level programming languages like Java (Preferably)
• Strong knowledge of data structure, algorithms and coding
• Experience with any Messaging technologies like Kafka or Rab-bitMQ, etc.
• Proven experience in database technologies like NoSQL
• Hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Security, Spring boot, and Hibernate framework.
• Working knowledge of developing Restful Micro services.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

• B Tech/M Tech in Computer Science or equivalent from a reputed college with a minimum of 4 – 6 years of experience in a Product Development Company
• Sound knowledge and application of algorithms and data structures with space and me complexities
• Strong design skills involving data modeling and low-level class design
• Good knowledge of object-oriented programming and design patterns
• Proficiency in Python, Java, and Golang
• Follow industry coding standards and be responsible for writing maintainable/scalable/efficient code to solve business problems
• Hands-on experience of working with Databases and the Linux/Unix platform
• Follow SDLC in an agile environment and collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams to drive deliveries
• Strong technical aptitude and good knowledge of CS fundamentals

Required Education:

B.Tech./ BE - Computer, IT, Electronics only

Required Skills:

• 2+ year of experience in Development in JAVA technology.
• Strong Java Basics
• SpringBoot or Spring MVC
• Hands on experience on Relationl Databases (SQL query or Hibernate) + Mongo (JSON parsing)
• Proficient in REST API development
• Messaging Queue (RabitMQ or Kafka)
• Microservices
• Any Caching Mechanism
• Good at problem solving

Good to Have Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in using Java/J2EE tech stacks
• Good understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced internet start-up environment.
• Experience in technical mentorship/coaching is highly desirable.
• Understanding of AI/ML algorithms is a plus

Preferred Skills:

Responsibilities:

• New feature development or enhancement or change request activities (Requirement analysis, Requirement documentation, Design, Coding, Review, Testing and Release process)
•  Defect Fixing (Defect analysis, route cause identification, Code change, testing, obtaining user confirmation and release process)
• Support tasks (Ticket analysis, data uploading, performance tuning, job monitoring, any analysis task, ReportGeneration and etc.,)
• Level 2 and Level 3 support (Support process adherence)
• Functional and technical or solution documentation preparation
• Execution will either be Waterfall or Agile
• The process needs to be followed as defined by RBEI or RBEI’s Customer
• Preparation & participation in the project status and review meeting
