A product engineering organization operating in the SaaS and cloud-native web applications sector, delivering scalable B2B platforms and developer-facing tooling. We build API-first, microservices‑oriented solutions and focus on high-quality user experiences, performance, and continuous delivery. This is a fully remote role for engineers based in India who want to own end-to-end features and ship production code.

Join Codevior’s engineering team to work closely with product, design, and QA to design, build, and operate customer-facing features and internal platform services. You’ll help raise engineering standards, improve observability, and accelerate delivery for fast-growing product lines.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain production-grade web services and front-end features using modern JavaScript/TypeScript stacks.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs; collaborate on API contracts and ensure backward compatibility for clients.
• Write clean, testable code and maintain automated unit and integration tests to support CI/CD pipelines.
• Diagnose and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability issues in cloud-hosted environments.
• Participate in code reviews, drive technical design discussions, and contribute to engineering best practices and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features from concept through deployment and monitoring in production.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Proven experience building web applications using JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Backend development with Node.js and experience designing RESTful APIs.
• Front-end experience with React or a comparable component framework.
• Database proficiency with SQL and data modeling for transactional systems.
• Version control with Git and familiarity with collaborative branching workflows.
• Containerization experience with Docker and basic familiarity with cloud deployment patterns.

Preferred

• Experience with CI/CD tooling and automated test frameworks (unit and integration testing).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and serverless / microservices patterns.
• Knowledge of performance tuning, observability (logs/metrics/tracing), and production incident handling.

Sonik Mobility is a brand of our company Azhar Engineering incubated at IIT-Madras Research Park, which is primarily focused on developing and deploying smartest, lOT enabled and the most user-friendly EV charging stations and semi-autonomous battery swap stations in India ranging from 3.3 kW to 22 kw.

We are a company founded by two graduates and friends namely Mohammad Safa Azhar and Preak Gupta from The Pennsylvania State University, USA and are the only company providing the dual solution of charging and semi-autonomous battery swapping stations under one roof.

The Position: We're looking for a Software Engineer/ Full Stack Developer to work on our application and integration with third party APIs.

Objectives:

We are looking for a Software Engineer/Back-end Developer to work on our cloud-hosted application & integrate with 3rd party APIs. This will include the following:

• Maintain and keep up-to-date our cloud-hosted application
• Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure applications align with organizational goals.
• Oversee the performance of the application to ensure they're always running properly.

• Improve our overall application process and continuously find ways to advance our company vision.

Responsibilities: As a software engineer/ Back-end developer, these will be some of your responsibilities

• Work closely with our hardware integration team to integrate the application with our hardware.
• Ensure the application is hosted and fully functional on cloud (AWS).
• Work closely with NPCI for integration into our system via APIs.
• Carry out regular security and performance checks
• Assesses feasibility of design and project parameters within time and cost constraints.

Requirements:

• B-Tech/M-Tech in Computer Science/Electronics/Engineering
• Proven experience of 2-3 vears (professional or otherwise)
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such PHP, Python, C, or C++.
• Knowledge of API integrations with 3rd party applications/hardware
• Knowledge of software and hardware integration
• Experience with hosting applications on cloud (AWS or Azure)
• Working knowledge of software development tools and technologies
• Desired skills:
• Experience with Battery Management systems
• Experience with CAN
• Knowledge of OCPP protocol

Responsibilities:

·       Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls

·       Configure and manage BGP, OSPF and EIGRP routing protocols.

·       Maintain and troubleshoot Cisco & Aruba switches

·       Monitor and maintain the performance of the network using SolarWinds & PRTG

·       Implement and maintain Palo Alto, Fortinet firewall

·       Manage WAN transport, including VPN and MPLS connections

·       Support 802.11x wireless networks

·       Ensure high availability and performance of the network

·       Collaborate with other IT teams to provide technical support for network & security related issues

·       Keep up-to-date with new technologies and industry developments

Requirements:

·       Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field

·       Minimum of 7 years of experience in network & security engineering and support

·       Expertise in BGP, OSPF and EIGRP routing protocols

·       Strong knowledge of Cisco switching, SolarWinds, Palo Alto, Fortinet Firewall, WAN Transport, NAT and 802.11x Wireless.

·       CCNP or CCIE certification preferred

·       Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Knowledge of STP, RSTP.

·       Knowledge of VLAN, ARP, Trunk ports, VRRP and Ether-Channel.

We are looking for a Software Test Engineer . This individual will be involved in manual testing of Web & Mobile applications, SOAP web services and Rest APIs.

Role Description

• Individual will be responsible to developing manual test scripts.
• Analyze and prepare positive and negative test scenarios.
• Responsible to executing automated and manual test cases.
• Responsible to tracking and logging defects during execution.
• Generating reports such as defect analysis report, project status report, etc.
• Actively participate in requirement analysis, test design and sprint planning.
