Our MVP is ready and we started early traction. We are looking for passionate developers with an entrepreneurship mindset to join our team as Team Lead - MEAN Stack.

Responsibilities:

• Own the product development from scratch.
• Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.
• Architect scalable software solutions and mentor a team of high performing developers.
• Participate in code reviews, design reviews and troubleshooting to ensure uptime for live systems etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field.
• Prior 5+ years of experience in leading full stack development (MEAN Stack) in a start-up or a dynamic work environment.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/Typescript and technologies like NodeJS (with Express) / Angular / MongoDb etc.
• Good understanding of System Design, Microservice Architecture, DSA, etc.
• Good understanding of CI/CD, AWS, cloud deployment, Git, etc.
• Customer oriented, responsive to changes, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

• Should have knowledge and created forms using Django. Crispy forms is a plus point.
• Must have leadership experience 
• Should have good understanding of function based and class based views.
• Should have good understanding about authentication (JWT and Token authentication)
• Django – at least one senior with deep Django experience. The other 1 or 2 can be mid to senior python or Django
• FrontEnd – Must have React/ Angular, CSS experience
• Database – Ideally SQL but most senior has solid DB experience
• Cloud – Azure preferred but agnostic
• Consulting / client project background ideal.

• Server Side Rendered/jQuery is older tech but is what we are ok with for internal tools. This is a good combination of late adopter agile stack integrated within an enterprise. Potentially we can push them to React for some discreet projects or pages that need more dynamism.

Django Devops:

• Should have expertise with deploying and managing Django in Azure.
• Django deployment to Azure via Docker.
• Django connection to Azure SQL.
• Django auth integration with Active Directory.
• Terraform scripts to make this setup seamless.
• Easy, proven to deployment / setup to AWS, GCP.
• Load balancing, more advanced services, task queues, etc.

As an early hire on the core team, you’ll work on shaping projects, big and small, over short three week sprints. We’re a small team, but we get a lot of features shipped. You would be responsible for driving full-stack projects from prototype to finished stage with a lot of autonomy and creativity. This is an exciting time to join the team. Responsibilities:

• Own the design of the overall architecture of the web application
• Implement a robust set of services and effective APIs to power the web application
• Build reusable and manageable code and libraries for future use
• Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability
• Translate UI/UX wireframes to visual elements
• Develop and handle well-functioning databases and applications
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency 
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software

Experience:

• Proven expertise in shipping features in Ruby on Rails. Strong background in Ruby on Rails, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Strong experience in driving thought leadership and technical architecture
• Experience with mentoring juniors in the team

• You don't need babysitting and are a Manager of One. We love people who have started companies or have freelanced in the past. You take ownership and take things across the finish line. Especially in our remote async approach, you'll need to be intrinsically motivated and keep your projects on track.
• You have strong business and product acumen. This job isn't just writing code, we solve real business problems for real people. That means you need to be able to look beyond the user story, have empathy for our end users, and solve real problems for them.

Our ideal candidate is someone who is an exceptional JS developer with significant experience on React and Node. Technical Manager: We are looking for someone who can report to the firm’s chief technology officer, the technical lead is a full-time position that participates in all phases of the project lifecycle and consistently delivers business value to our clients. The technical lead is a leader within our client-facing project delivery team structure and sets best practices, approach and direction for the technical aspects of our practice. The ideal candidate has a passion for the web and higher education and is a champion for Laravel or similar frameworks.  And guide our passionate Software Developers to design, develop robust products. • Proven industry experience as a Tech Lead
• Experience/Knowledge of microservice architecture
• Fluency and Hands-on Experience on Laravel 5+ PHP Framework (specially working with Eloquent Models/Collections) and/or React/Redux is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL and/or NoSql based DB such as MongoDB.
• Experience in JavaScript. Vue JS/React JS is a plus
