Project Overview

We’re building Express AI, a SaaS platform that allows small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to easily train and deploy their own dedicated AI agents for customer service, technical support, sales, and more.

Our vision is to give SMBs the power of enterprise-grade AI without complexity. You’ll help build the core platform that powers this – including agent training interfaces, web deployment, dashboards, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop scalable full-stack features using modern JavaScript frameworks

• Build and maintain AI agent training modules (upload docs, FAQs, tone settings)

• Integrate OpenAI, Whisper, LangChain, and other LLM APIs

• Implement user-facing dashboards for chat/voices/social/email agent monitoring

• Design multi-tenant systems with admin-level controls

• Ensure reliability and scalability of the platform as we grow

Tech Stack

• Frontend: React.js, Next.js, TypeScript

• Backend: Node.js, Express, MongoDB (or Postgres), Redis

• AI & NLP: OpenAI API (ChatGPT, Whisper), LangChain, Python (optional)

• DevOps: Docker, AWS or GCP (basic familiarity okay)

• Other: WebSockets for real-time chat, REST APIs, Git

Role Type

• Full Stack Developer (preferred)

• Frontend or Backend specialists also considered, but must be willing to collaborate on both sides

Experience Level

• 3 to 6 years of professional experience

• Previous work with SaaS platforms, AI tools, or multi-tenant architecture is a big plus

Must-Have Skills

• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript

• Strong experience with React.js and Node.js

• Experience working with REST APIs and building secure web apps

• Solid understanding of cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Firebase)

• Ability to work independently, self-manage, and deliver in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-Have Skills

About the Job

As a Cloud Fullstack Engineer you will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end solutions for cloud-based applications. The Cloud Fullstack Engineer will be responsible for building both frontend and backend components, integrating them seamlessly, and ensuring they work efficiently within a cloud infrastructure.

• Frontend Development
• Design and implement user-friendly and responsive web interfaces using modern frontend technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness of web applications.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design specifications into functional and visually appealing interfaces.
• Backend Development
• Develop scalable and high-performance backend services and APIs to support frontend functionalities.

• Cloud Integration
• Build and deploy cloud-native applications using platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Azure.

• End-to-End Solution Development
• Architect and develop fullstack applications that integrate frontend and backend components efficiently.

1. FrontEnd

• Strong experience with backend programming languages such as Node.js, Python
• Expertise in working with frameworks such as NestJS, Express.js, or Django.

3. Microservices Architecture

• Experience designing and implementing microservices architectures.
• Knowledge of service discovery, API gateways, and distributed tracing.

4. API Development

• Proficiency in designing, building, and maintaining RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Experience with API security, rate limiting, and authentication mechanisms (e.g., JWT, OAuth).

5. Database Management

• Strong knowledge of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB).
• Experience in database schema design, optimization, and management.

6. Cloud Services

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure,AWS or Google Cloud.
