Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, cold outreach, and relationship building.

• Connect with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and meetings.

• Understand client requirements and pitch suitable creative/design solutions.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.

• Maintain CRM and sales pipeline data.

• Coordinate with internal design and creative teams to ensure smooth project discussions.

• Consistently follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into business discussions.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and client handling skills.

• Good presentation and negotiation abilities.

• Understanding of B2B sales and business development process.

• Target-oriented and proactive approach.

• Comfortable with LinkedIn outreach, email communication, and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

-Social Media Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to craft and implement social media strategies that align with company goals, driving engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.

-Content Creation & Curation: Research, create, and schedule engaging social media content including posts, banners, and short-form videos to effectively communicate the brand’s message and promote campaigns.

-Community Management: Monitor and engage with social media communities, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster positive relationships with followers and build brand loyalty.

-Campaign Management: Design, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns on platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, and Twitter to generate leads, boost brand visibility, and achieve targeted KPIs.

-Performance Tracking & Reporting: Use analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns and posts, making recommendations for improvement and growth.

### Responsibilities:

* Collaborative Development:

 - Work closely with Product, UX/UI, and Backend teams to design, build and extend consumer facing products, platforms, and features.

* Reusable Components:

 - Develop reusable iOS software components for our platform, ensuring modularity and maintainability.

* Continuous Integration and Delivery:

 - Collaborate with QA to implement CI/CD pipelines for automated and manual testing, ensuring app releases maintain high standards.

* Performance Monitoring:

 - Monitor the performance of live apps, continuously improving code quality and user experience.

* Innovation and Evaluation:

 - Stay updated with new mobile methodologies and technologies, evaluating their potential integration into our development process.

### Requirements:

* Proven Experience:

 - Demonstrated experience in developing mobile applications, specifically on the iOS platform using Swift.

* Modern Development Practices:

 - Up-to-date knowledge of modern iOS programming paradigms and experience with native app development.

* API and SDK Expertise:

 - Experience in API design, SDK architecture, and the mobile software lifecycle development practices.

* UX/UI Design:

 - Strong exposure to UX/UI design with experience in creating intuitive apps with pixel-perfect interfaces.

* Computer Science Fundamentals:

 - Solid understanding of algorithms and data structures.

* Methodologies:

 - Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.

* Startup Experience:

 - Prior experience working in a startup environment is a plus.

• Strong proficiency in C language.
• Good understanding of basic network fundamentals and protocols.

In this role, you should be a team player with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills. If you also have experience in Agile frameworks and popular coding languages (e.g. JavaScript).

Your goal will be to build efficient programs and systems that serve user needs. 

Technical Skills we are looking for are:

• Producing clean, efficient code based on specifications
• Coding Abilities in HTML , PHP , JS , JSP – Server let , JAVA , DevOps(basic Knowledge).
• Additional Skills (preferred) : NodeJS , Python , Angular JS .
• System Administrator Experience : Linux (Ubuntu/RedHat) , Windows CE-Embedded.
• Data Base Experience : MySQL , Posgres , Mongo DB.
• Data Format Experience : JSON , XML , AJAX , JQuery.
• Should have Depth in software Architecture Design especially for Stand-Alone Software As Product , or SaaS Platform Experience.
• Should have Basic Experience/knowledge in Micro-Services , Rest API’s and SOAP methodologies.
• Should have built some backend architecture for Long Standing Applications.
• Good HTML Design Sense.
• Experience with AWS Services like EC2 and LightSail is Preferred.
