Your Role at Pathfinder

As a Full Stack Developer, you'll be primarily responsible for architecting and developing the platform that will be our interface with the outside world. You'll develop the platform end-to-end such that it is a reflection of who we are, our core capabilities and what we have to offer to the early stage startups. 

What You’ll do

• Own the entire platform end-to-end. Develop and enhance our website and client dashboards.
• Convert UX/UI designs into modular, reusable and scalable components using Next.js and React.js 
• Ensure applications are fully responsive and the visuals adapt to all resolutions, cross-browser and cross-device compatible. 
• Optimize performance (lazy-loading, code-splitting) to reduce load times. 
• Build backend systems, database that support CRUD operations. 
• Develop database schemas, stored procedures, and queries using Notion or any other database systems. 
• Maintain version-control workflows using Git, branch strategies and pull requests.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and propose improvements to our stack.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design mockups and wireframes into responsive, pixel-perfect web applications.

You’ll thrive here if you

• 2-5 years’ hands-on experience in full stack development. 
• Strong proficiency in React.js and Next.js frameworks. 
• Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
• Ability to design the UI from scratch without using pre-existing CSS libraries.
• Proven ability to debug complex issues and optimize performance.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.

Good to Have

• Experience with server-side rendering and static/dynamic site generation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions, Jenkins) 
• Basic understanding of backend technologies (Node.js, Express) 
• Experience in performance prowling (Lighthouse, Chrome DevTools)

The candidate will work with the product development team and must be a subject matter expert in-order to deliver the best practices; an ideal candidate must possess excellent business skills with outstanding communication, professionalism & leadership and must have minimum 3 - 6 years of experience in JAVA as a full stack developer.

Desirable Skills & Expertise:

v  Minimum 3 – 6 years of experience as a full stack developer (Preferable from product based entity).  At least a year of experience in managing a team is mandatory.

v  Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Engineering (CSE / IT / MCA / Software) are preferred.

v  Work exp. in Java, Frame-works like : Spring, Spring boot; J2EE technologies like Servlets, JSP and Web Application Server is mandatory.

v  Strong skills in HTML, Java Script, XML, CSS and Mango DB.

v  Product development in Linux environment is an added advantage.

v  Possesses intellectual humility; smart, driven, creative and able to learn things from slipups, willing to raise others up.

v  Excellent Communication & Analytical skills with integrated professionalism at all levels.

Ø  The role is responsible for designing, coding and deploying of high-performance applications.

Ø  Deep expertise and hands on experience as a Core JAVA Developer.

Ø  Experience with SDLC from requirement analysis through testing and deployment.

Ø  Develop and maintain strong product knowledge.

Ø  Guide the clients through various stages of the project and transition to support organization.

Experience: 
- 4-10 years of Full Stack Application development experience is must. 
- Deep understanding of client side development, coding in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6, and jQuery. 
- Strong experience using a client side MVC framework such as NodeJS, React JS, NextJS and Redux.
- Top notch programming skills and write code for robust software design. 
- Experience in responsive design, cross browser compatibility and website performance. 
- Experience in object oriented design skills. 
- Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills. 
- Good understanding of how browsers and DOM work. 
- Experience with Git/Bitbucket. 
- Experience with handling Services, RESTful, APIs. 
 
Responsibilities : 
- To work with a cross-functional software development team on highly visible strategic projects as an expert level individual contributor to the coding tasks assigned. 
- Responsible for development of highly responsive, web based UI in a flexible and well-structured frontend architecture. 
- Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON 
- Experience with third party libraries and APIs 
- Produce well designed efficient code in a timely manner to meet delivery timescales/milestones. 
- Mentor other developers on software best practices technical guidance and help grow their software development skill sets. 

Key Responsibilities:

• The Laravel/CodeIgniter (HMVC) Developer is expected to be able to perform all aspects of the development tasks, including front- end, back- end, and database development.
• Develop web sites, applications and rich multi- media experiences according to the brief and technical specifications.
• Must have experience and knowledge in Laravel/CodeIgniter (HMVC)/Symphony Framework.
• The applicant is expected to possess strong problem-solving skills programming, testing and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in Laravel/CodeIgniter (HMVC)/Symphony framework(s), jQuery, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, HTML, MySQL/Postgre SQL/Mongo DB.
• Eagerness to contribute to a team-oriented environment.
• Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming using HMVC framework.
• Good knowledge of the common Laravel/CodeIgniter (HMVC)/Symphony framework(s) or web server exploits and their solutions.
• Develop, record and maintain cutting edge web-based PHP applications on portal plus premium service platforms.
• Familiar with REST API's and Integration with third-party API's.
• Hands on Experience in an e-commerce environment would be an added advantage.
