Required Skills:

• Exp. - 3-5 years
• Experience in Core Java and Spring Boot.
• Extensive experience in developing enterprise-scale applications and systems. Should possess good architectural knowledge and be aware of enterprise application design patterns.
• Should have the ability to analyze, design, develop and test complex, low-latency client- facing applications.
• Good development experience with RDBMS.
• Good knowledge of multi-threading and high-performance server-side development.
• Basic working knowledge of Unix/Linux.
• Excellent problem solving and coding skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
• Should have the ability to express their design ideas and thoughts.

Qualification profile

• Successfully completed studies or training in computer science, focus on software development desirable or comparable qualification
• In-depth knowledge of web technologies: JAVA, HTML5, CSS, Java/TypeScript, and Vue.js, as well as web services/SOA Hibernate and SQL
• In-depth knowledge of React and/or Angular is also an advantage
• Experience with responsive web design and web content management systems
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of cloud-native development and operation, e.g. B. Docker and Kubernetes advantageous

Job Description:

• Work closely with various people and teams throughout the entire app development cycle (concept, design, build, deploy & test) in an agile environment.
• Design and build applications for the Android platform.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
• Knowledge of other web technologies and UI/UX standards.
• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools like Git.
• Maintain and update the existing mobile app.

• This position reports to the Team Leader - Technology.

Job Specifications

• An Graduate in IT or Post graduate or Engineer in IT; with 4+ years’ of relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Flutter is a must.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem solving, analytical, decision making and technical ability.

What you’ll do at Ather:

• You will be developing the various Applications for the cloud to process data connecting with the vehicle 

• You shall work with the Lead and product team to define and deliver features. 

• Be part of the Agile team, to define Sprint work content definition. 

• Work with cross functional teams to drive overall feature delivery. 

• Be part of the initiatives that achieve the functional requirements of the team. Explore technical feasibility of solutions, propose and evaluate tech stacks. 

• Performance tuning and benchmarking of the features 

Here’s what we are looking for: 

• Strong knowledge and Hands on experience with Nodejs, RestAPI, Java Script, Java Development experience in cloud based infrastructure 

• Strong fundamentals in any fullstack of your choice, OOPS concepts, Google Cloud Platform. Knowledge of Java, React, React Native, Android Native , HTML5, Firebase and Go Programming is a plus. 

• Knowledge on CI/CD pipelines, JIRA, UML, Static Code Analysis tools and Unit test framework is required 

• Knowledge on the S/W communication protocols like gRPC, HTTP, MQTT is a plus Cross platform development experience would be needed. 

• Knowledge of Cloud Based solutions would be a plus. 

• App development for a product which is beyond a mobile platform would be a plus. Experience with Telematics/Infotainment projects would be a great advantage. 

• Strong experience with Agile methodology, along with tools such as JIRA, Confluence. 

• Flashing and debugging tools experience is a plus.

• Create dashboards for the visibility of the various interactions between the cloud services

• BA/BS in Computer Science, a related field or equivalent work experience

• Mastered advanced programming concepts, including object oriented programming
• Mastered technologies and tools utilized by team and project assigned
• Able to train others on general programming concepts and specific technologies
• Minimum 8 years’ experience developing software applications

• Build and mentor the platform team at Checko.
• Own the design, development, testing, deployment, and craftsmanship of the team’s infrastructure and systems capable of handling massive amounts of requests with high reliability and scalability
• Leverage the deep and broad technical expertise to mentor engineers and provide leadership on resolving complex technology issues
• Entrepreneurial and out-of-box thinking essential for a technology startup
• Guide the team for unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability

Requirements

• Must have design, development, testing, deployment of systems capable of handling massive amounts of requests with high reliability and scalability
• Must have strong command in writing production-level code in Java or Python including skills in debugging, performance analysis/optimization and memory usage optimization
• Must have worked with real-time web/mobile applications and event-driven architectures
• Must have experience working with relational and non-relational databases and understanding their data models and performance tradeoffs.
• Must have solid engineering principles and a clear understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Should have knowledge of service-oriented architecture, caching techniques, micro-services, and distributed systems
• Should have basic understanding of C++/reactJS/Angular/Node
