Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager – Influencer Marketing to spearhead the growth of our influencer marketing vertical. This role demands a strong understanding of influencer trends, brand collaboration dynamics, and a proven knack for building high-value partnerships. You will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and converting potential clients looking to leverage influencer marketing as a growth channel.

Responsibilities:

1. Generate, develop, and grow new business opportunities specifically for influencer marketing services.

2. Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective clients by researching target markets, industries, and brands aligned with influencer-led campaigns.

3. Conduct market research to identify trends, brand needs, and partnership opportunities.

4. Strategically pitch influencer marketing solutions—ranging from micro to celebrity influencers across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.

5. Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling, customised proposals and presentations tailored to brand goals.

6. Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term value.

7. Maintain strong client relationships post-conversion to encourage repeat business and referrals.

8. Work closely with strategy, planning, and execution teams to ensure smooth handovers and deliverables post-sale.

9. Represent the agency in client meetings, networking events, and industry forums related to influencer marketing.

10. Maintain a consistent cadence of outreach, follow-ups, and prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.

• Assist in designing user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs to demonstrate design concepts.
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyse user needs.
• Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and other teams as per requirement of projects.
• Ensure designs align with usability principles, accessibility standards, and brand guidelines.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and testing results.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and maintain frontend components using AEM Sites.

 Integrate AEM with React/Angular for enhanced user interfaces.

 Work with AEM templates, components, dialogs, and client libraries.

 Collaborate with backend AEM developers and designers to implement dynamic

and responsive web features.

 Ensure code quality through unit testing and best practices.

 Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.

 Support AEM content authors with technical implementation and troubleshooting.

What You’ll Bring:

 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or

equivalent work experience.

 Proven experience delivering high-quality web applications.

Mandatory Skills:

 3+ years of frontend development experience with React.js or Angular.

 2+ years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

 Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

 Experience with AEM client libraries, Sightly (HTL), Sling models, and

component development.

 Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON.

 Understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and

accessibility standards.

 Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

 Experience integrating third-party APIs and headless CMS.

 Knowledge of Adobe Target, Analytics, or other Adobe Experience Cloud

products.

 Exposure to backend technologies like Java or Python is a plus.

Position: AWS Data Engineer

Experience: 5 to 7 Years

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AWS Data Engineer with 5–7 years of experience in building and optimizing data pipelines, architectures, and data sets. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with AWS services including Glue, Athena, Redshift, Lambda, DMS, RDS, and CloudFormation. You will be responsible for managing the full data lifecycle from ingestion to transformation and storage, ensuring efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize scalable ETL pipelines using AWS Glue, Python/PySpark, and SQL.
• Work extensively with AWS services such as Glue, Athena, Lambda, DMS, RDS, Redshift, CloudFormation, and other serverless technologies.
• Implement and manage data lake and warehouse solutions using AWS Redshift and S3.
• Optimize data models and storage for cost-efficiency and performance.
• Write advanced SQL queries to support complex data analysis and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Ensure high data quality and integrity across platforms and processes.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and best practices for infrastructure as code using CloudFormation or similar tools.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience with Python or PySpark for data processing.
• Deep knowledge of AWS Glue, Athena, Lambda, Redshift, RDS, DMS, and CloudFormation.
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and optimizing them for performance.
• Familiarity with serverless architectures and AWS best practices.
• Experience in designing and maintaining robust data architectures and data lakes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline issues efficiently.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Your primary responsibility will be to connect with property owners, explain the benefits of listing on Homly, and ensure high-quality accommodations are added to our platform.
