Role Proficiency:

This role requires proficiency in developing data pipelines including coding and testing for ingesting wrangling transforming and joining data from various sources. The ideal candidate should be adept in ETL tools like Informatica Glue Databricks and DataProc with strong coding skills in Python PySpark and SQL. This position demands independence and proficiency across various data domains. Expertise in data warehousing solutions such as Snowflake BigQuery Lakehouse and Delta Lake is essential including the ability to calculate processing costs and address performance issues. A solid understanding of DevOps and infrastructure needs is also required.

Project Overview:

Role Scope / Deliverables: We are seeking highly skilled Data Engineer with strong experience in Databricks, PySpark, Python, SQL, and AWS to join our data engineering team on or before 1st week of Dec, 2025.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing large-scale data pipelines and analytics solutions that drive business insights and operational efficiency.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Databricks and PySpark.

Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

Implement data integration solutions across multiple AWS services (S3, Glue, Lambda, Redshift, EMR, etc.).

Collaborate with analytics, data science, and business teams to deliver clean, reliable, and timely datasets.

Ensure data quality, performance, and reliability across data workflows.

About The Job

We're seeking a skilled project management specialist to conduct modular focused residential interior fit-out projects in partnership with the design and site delivery teams.

4 Tier Essential Responsibilities:

Administrative:

1. You will coordinate communication and foster collaboration between all the stakeholders of the assigned project.
2. You will also work closely with the design team, production operations team, logistics team, and installers to ensure a high standard of execution and customer experience.

Project Management:

1. You will be accountable for project deliveries, and managing the overall building of interior projects assigned.
2. You will help in defining and implementing criteria for quality, cost control, and timely management of the projects in the region.
3. You will be liable for guiding and managing coordination with the vendors and business partners throughout the project lifecycle.

Execution:

1. Coordinating with the design professionals, consultants, and clients while successfully directing the Site Supervisors, Estimator, and other construction-related personnel in planning, coordinating, and safely completing the work by the contract documents schedule, and budget.
2. You will ensure that the designated projects are completed within the timetable while satisfying client needs, quality parameters, and design guidelines.
3. You will also serve as the point of contact for escalations between the Client (or his representative) & Siloho, as and when required, and ensure that the projects are delivered on time within Siloho quality standards.

Reporting:

1. You will appoint and qualify formal reporting arrangements on project progress for the Clients and Company.

   Java or Scala web developer with 8 to 12 years of experience and strong fundamentals/proficiency in core technologies used for web development - HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Spring and Hibernate (to include relational database experience).
