Job Description – SAP Solution Architect

LOCATION

Delhi (travel readiness outside home residence is important)

About the Role:

The SAP Solution Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP

solutions that align with business objectives. This role ensures seamless integration of SAP

systems with existing enterprise applications, optimizes performance, and provides strategic

guidance on SAP technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Architecture

o Develop SAP solution strategies, architectural designs, and implementation plans.

o Analyze current technology infrastructure and align it with business strategy.

o Define and enforce SAP solution standards, procedures, and best practices.

• Implementation & Integration

o Configure and customize SAP modules (e.g., S/4HANA, SAP ERP, SAP Fiori).

o Ensure compatibility of system components and integration with other enterprise

systems.

o Lead testing, debugging, and performance tuning of SAP applications.

• Upgrade Expertise

o Should have knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP upgrades, including

planning, execution, and post-upgrade validation.

• Governance & Compliance

o Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

o Manage risks related to SAP solutions and ensure adherence to security protocols.

• Collaboration & Leadership

o Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and analysts to meet business

requirements.

o Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Experience: 10+ years in SAP implementation and architecture; experience with SAP

S/4HANA preferred.

• Technical Skills:

o Expertise in SAP modules and integration tools (SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Platform

Integration).

o Knowledge of ABAP, SQL, and system performance tuning.

o Experience in SAP upgrade projects (technical and functional).

Team Leadership:

● Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters responsible for sourcing freelance interview panel members based on client requirements.

● Ensure that the team achieves its sourcing and onboarding targets effectively.

Panel Sourcing & Onboarding:

● Collaborate with recruiters to source potential panel members using various tools like Naukri and other databases.

● Oversee the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of panel members into Incruiter’s system.

● Leverage technical expertise in IT profiles (e.g., software development, data science, DevOps, cloud computing, cybersecurity and niche technologies) to identify candidates with relevant skills and industry experience.

Relationship Management:

● Build and maintain strong relationships with onboarded panel members to ensure their satisfaction and continued collaboration.

● Handle escalations and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Quality Assurance:

● Ensure that the panels provided to clients meet high-quality standards and align with the specific job descriptions shared by clients.

Reporting & Coordination:

● Provide regular updates and reports to higher management on team performance and onboarding progress.

● Work closely with the client success and operations teams to align goals and deliverables.

Qualifications:

● A minimum of 10+ years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.

● Proven team management experience is mandatory.

● Proficiency in using recruitment tools and databases such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

● Experience in relationship management with freelancers or external consultants is a plus.

Basic Qualifications

● Experience: 8+ years.

● Engineering Degree in Computer Science OR Equivalent.

● Hands-on development experience with a broad mix of languages such as JAVA, Python, Javascript etc.

● Server-side development experience mainly in JAVA, (Python and nodeJS can be considerable)

● UI development experience in ReactJS or AngularJS or PolymerJS or EmberJS or Jquery etc.

.Net Full stack/Backend 

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement and test new features (frontend and backend), while maintaining and improving existing product line, with main focus on performance, scalability and usability aspects.
• Building application using of Microsoft Technologies stack (ASP.Net, .Net Core, WEB API)
• Hands on experience in leading micro front end applications and enterprise scale projects involving integrations to different touch points
• Apply coding/implementation best practices to produce elegant, high quality and reusable code.
• Collaborate with other developers and UX designers to improve look and usability.
• Implement Proof of Concept to validate concepts or new technology/features prior to product implementation.

• Minimum of 3 years of Microsoft Technologies stack (ASP.Net, MVC, WEB API) having web development and UI development experience (frontend and backend).
• Proficient understanding of Single Page Application architecture and frameworks
• Must have exposure to any Relational DB (MSSQL, MYSQL).
• Strong understanding of data structure, SOLID Principles and problem solving skills.
