Role Summary

We are hiring a driven Presales Executive to manage lead engagement over phone and digital channels. The objective is simple: convert raw leads into sales opportunities and support the sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective buyers from qualified lead sources.
• Understand client needs and share accurate property/project details.
• Maintain a structured follow-up process with timely updates on offers.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
• Track all conversations, status, and progress in the CRM.
