About the role

We design and build connected hardware devices; that run in thousands of homes and gated communities. This role sits right at the boundary of hardware and firmware: you'll help take boards from schematic to bring-up to shipping firmware, working alongside senior engineers, ODM/vendor partners, and the cloud and mobile teams.

It's a hands-on role for someone early in their career who's genuinely excited about embedded systems; equally happy with a soldering iron and a debugger.

What you'll do

• Design and lay out PCBs; schematic capture, component selection, multi-layer layout, and BOM prep under the guidance of senior engineers
• Bring up new boards: power-on checks, debugging hardware faults, and validating peripherals
• Write and debug firmware for microcontrollers and embedded Linux SoCs (drivers, peripheral integration, application logic)
• Work with communication interfaces such as UART, I2C, SPI, BLE, and Wi-Fi/MQTT
• Read datasheets and reference designs and translate them into working hardware and code
• Support hardware validation through EVT/DVT/PVT stages and collaborate with manufacturing partners
• Document designs, test results, and known issues clearly

What we're looking for

• BE/BTech in Electronics, Electrical, ECE, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience, or strong academic/personal projects in embedded systems
• Working knowledge of embedded C (C++ is a plus)
• Hands-on experience with a PCB design tool (KiCad, Altium, Eagle, or similar) at least at a coursework or side-project level
• Solid grasp of electronics fundamentals: digital and analog circuits, microcontrollers, power basics, and an introduction to signal integrity
• Comfortable reading schematics and datasheets
• Familiarity with common interfaces (UART, I2C, SPI, GPIO)
• Curiosity, attention to detail, and a genuine willingness to learn quickly

Nice to have (not required)

• Exposure to ESP32 / STM32, an RTOS (e.g. FreeRTOS), or embedded Linux
• Experience with version control (Git)
• Familiarity with wireless protocols (BLE, Wi-Fi) or IoT cloud connectivity (MQTT)
• A hardware project you've built end-to-end we'd love to see it
• Basic Python for scripting and bench/test automation

As a key member of the business development and sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing client relationships. Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.

●  Should have strong experience in Automation testing, developing and executing test cases. 

● Should have strong experience in Selenium with Java & Cucumber framework.

● Should have a good amount of experience working with Mobile Application testing using Appium 

● Experienced with few of the Automation Testing tools : Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG, SOAP UI/Rest API, Appium. 

● Good knowledge of software testing life cycle :Test planning, Test design and execution, Defect Management, Test Reporting. 

● Hands-on experience on Functional, Regression, System and UAT Testing.

● Good exposure with both Web and Mobile Automation Testing.

● Excellent defect finding, debugging, root cause analysis capabilities. 

• Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC)
• 5 years of development experience using C# .NET
• Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3
• Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Knowledge of REST and RPC APIs
• Able to work well in a team setting

Responsibilities:

• Be able to interpret marketing and programming strategy to deliver compelling graphics and visuals effects to that strategy;
• Portray diverse storytelling with motion graphics, animation, and/or footage;
• Ability to design Creative Social Media Grids, Packaging, Logo, and Catalogue.
• Produce assets that are both strategically and creatively exceptional;
• Ability to understand and contribute to creative strategy;
• Design or convert storyboards into compelling motion graphics that contain images, typography, and/or audio;
• Design sequentially for animations, from conception to final output;
• Manage priorities and workload effectively to meet expectations and deadlines;
• Work in partnership with strategic and SMO Teams to understand and manage client needs;
• Generate compelling, innovative creative (e.g. trailers, TV spots, digital assets, etc.) for promotional content;

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience from a well-known agency.
• Possess strong experience in current production and post-production techniques (including Avid and Premiere);
• Expertise in Advance Adobe After-Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Corel Draw, Illustrator, and 3D;
• A deep understanding of typography, design elements and principles, and best practices across print and digital;
• Strong creative problem-solving skills;
• Strong understanding of storytelling/narrative structure, pacing, graphics, music, shot selection, and all key aspects of audio-visual content;
• Understanding of print processes and creative production;
• Solid understanding of the art production process;
• Successfully manages time, process, and workflow;
• Superior desktop editing experience a must;
