Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
• Implement backend services using Node.js, Express, or similar technologies.
• Handle end-to-end project delivery, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end systems.
• Optimize performance and ensure scalability for mobile and web applications.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues promptly.

Requirements :

• 2+ Years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on React Native.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles.
• Proven experience in delivering end-to-end projects.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Maintain accurate records of employees in accordance with company policies & procedure.

Process payroll data on time & efficient manner.

Monitor gate entry of worker/staff in proper manner.

Managing store/workers/vender/gate pass records.

Responsibilities:

.Create exclusive distributors, exclusive super stockiest and business associates for the company towards business growth.

.Guide, coordinate and make strategic marketing plans for the sales team working under his jurisdiction.

.Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

.Keep observing stock reports, inventory, product orders, re-order etc.

Requirements:

.Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field.

.Experience in sales, marketing or related field.

.Strong communication skills.

.Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and power point.

Required qualifications and must have skills  

• 5+ years of experience managing a team of 5+ infrastructure software engineers 

• 5+ years of experience in building and scaling technical infrastructure 

• 5+ years of experience in delivering software 

• Experience leading by influence in multi-team, cross-functional projects 

• Demonstrated experience recruiting and managing technical teams, including performance management and managing engineers 

• Experience with cloud service providers such as AWS, GCP, or Azure 

• Experience with containerization technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker 

Nice to have Skills   

• Experience with Hadoop, Hive and Presto 

• Application/infrastructure benchmarking and optimization 

• Familiarity with modern CI/CD practices 

• Familiarity with reliability best practices 

• Collaborate with enterprise architects and IT program managers to enhance existing business applications and facilitate solutions to meet business requirements
• Assist in architecting technical solutions for enterprise systems using the MuleSoft product suite.
• Design patterns for building middleware systems ground up using Message Routing, Content Enrichment, Message Filtering, Message Transformation, Guaranteed delivery, Message sequencing, Batch message processing, error handling and reconciliation mechanisms.
• Knowledge of Web Services Interoperability, WS-* standards and ability to suggest, criticize and formulate solutions in a multi-vendor and architecture committee meetings.
• Identify, analyze and design integration flows using Mule ESB Anypoint Studio and technically own and manage the process of ensuring on time and on budget build and integration of the various elements of the solution
• Good understanding of integration design patterns & best practices
• In depth experience using Agile, Scrum and iterative development practices
• Assist on technical POC's to prove out technology and ultimately leading into selection.
