ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a driven and execution-focused Recruitment Intern who understands startup speed and ownership. This role is ideal for someone who has prior internship experience in recruitment and is eager to take on responsibility in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Based on performance, this internship can convert into a full-time role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sourcing: Identify and engage candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and innovative sourcing strategies tailored to each open role.

• Screening: Review resumes, shortlist candidates against role requirements, and conduct initial HR discussions to assess fitment.

• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely process end to end.

• Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate hiring trackers, pipeline dashboards, and candidate data to provide real-time visibility to the team.

• Job Description Support: Assist in drafting compelling, well-structured job descriptions for open positions across departments.

• Closure & TAT: Support in closing open roles within defined turnaround times, with a focus on high-priority and time-sensitive positions.

• Talent Pipe lining: Proactively build talent pipelines for ongoing and anticipated future hiring needs.

• Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate has a positive, professional experience throughout the process — from first outreach to offer roll out.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

• MBA in HR or a related field (completed or in final semester).

• At least one prior internship experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition; basic working knowledge of end-to-end hiring processes.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and internal stakeholders effectively.

• High ownership mindset — takes initiative, follows through, and operates with minimal supervision.

• Comfortable handling multiple open roles simultaneously in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Familiar with LinkedIn sourcing techniques and basic recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and pipeline conversion.

• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills; able to maintain clean trackers and consistent data hygiene.

What You’ll Do

Influencer Discovery & Relationship Building

• Identify and onboard high-potential creators across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and X—especially in fitness, wellness, lifestyle, nutrition, and food.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with creators, talent managers, and agencies.
• Maintain an active pipeline of diverse influencers aligned with brand values.

Campaign Planning & Execution

• Lead end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns—from briefing to publishing.
• Develop clear briefs that communicate goals, brand tone, and creative direction.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality influencer content across platforms.

Content Governance & Performance Tracking

• Review influencer content for brand alignment, messaging, and visual compliance.
• Track, measure, and report campaign KPIs including reach, engagement, CPV, CTR, and conversions.
• Generate insights and recommendations to consistently improve campaign performance and ROI.

Budget Management & Operations

• Own influencer budgets, negotiation, and cost optimization.
• Coordinate contracts, invoices, and payouts with internal teams and agencies.
• Maintain accurate campaign and cost documentation.

Innovation, Trends & Creative Strategy

• Stay ahead of social media trends, creator formats, and emerging platforms.
• Recommend new partnership ideas—collabs, challenges, tutorials, product reviews, and more.
• Bring fresh, creative ideas to elevate brand storytelling through influencers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare accurate financial statements including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements using Zoho Books.
2. Manage taxation including GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance.

Education & Experience:

3. Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Zoho Books.
4. Knowledge of similar accounting tools like Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar is a plus.
5. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and financial regulations.

Job Description :

Salesforce Developer with a minimum of 5-7 years of work experience in designing, developing, testing and deployment of CRM solutions on the salesforce platform. The developer will work with the distributed team and will be responsible for designing and implementing end to end solutions and integrate with the in-house platform and infrastructure.

We are looking for a passionate hands-on programmer who is willing to spend most of the time in code and delivering quality code by working closely with development leads and architecture teams in understanding and designing the solution. The candidate should be able to work collaboratively in a global setting and should be a go to person for troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

Qualifications – External Primary Skills / Must have :

* 3-7 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer

* Hands on experience and in-depth knowledge in LWC, AURA, Apex and Visualforce development.

* Designing solutions with out of the box features, custom configuration and code on the Salesforce platform.

* Experience in DEVOPS process using tools like FLOSUM, Jenkins or any CI/CD based tooling.

* Familiar in using SFDC metadata API using ANT migration too.

* Hands on experience in integrations using REST and SOAP, Workbench

* Knowledge of OOP concepts and application

* Good knowledge HTML5, CSS3, Javascript and JQuery

* Write clean, scalable code using Salesforce programming languages

About you:

• 1-2 years of experience as a Desktop Engineer from any industry

• Basic knowledge of Server administration and Server hardware

• Good working knowledge on MS-Office
