Requirements

• Strong understanding of data management principles and practices (Preferred experience: AWS Redshift).

• Experience with Tableau server administration, including user management and permissions (preferred, not mandatory).

• Ability to monitor alerts and application logs for data processing issues and troubleshooting.

• Ability to handle and monitor support tickets queues and act accordingly based on SLAs and priority.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Data Engineers and BI team.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Familiar with data warehousing concept and ETL processes.

• Experience with SQL, DBT and database technologies such as Redshift, Postgres, MongoDB, etc.

• Familiar with data integration tools such as Fivetran or Funnel.io

• Familiar with programming languages such as Python.

• Familiar with cloud-based data technologies such as AWS.

• Experience with data ingestion and orchestration tools such as AWS Glue.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Position Description

Title: Senior Service Engineer – North Region, India.

 

Reports to: P. Balasubramanian- National Manager – Services & Parts - India & South Asia

This role (Sr. Service Engineer) provides after sales support to north and east region customers located in Delhi/Punjab/Rajasthan/West Bengal and other north east cities.

In addition to annual initiatives, the key accountabilities of this position are:

1. MAIN JOB ACCOUNTABILITY

• Commissioning of Pumps and Controls in western region

• To work closely with Regional sales team and provide efficient after sales support

 

1. 2^ND MAIN JOB ACCOUNTABILITY

• Provide timely warranty service support to all customers in the region

• Co ordinate with factory Quality team and give feed back about field failures

 

1. 3^RD MAIN JOB ACCOUNTABILITY

• To achieve Service delivery targets given for the financial year.

• Work closely with all regional Reps to plan & achieve the service delivery objectives & Goals.

 

1. 4^TH MAIN ACCOUNTABILITY

• Participate in all the training programs conducted in factory and through online portal

• Train all regional rep engineers for all products and latest upgrades periodically

 

1. 5^TH MAIN ACCOUNTABILITY

• Co ordinate with all regional OEM’s engineers like Danfoss/HM/Tornatech/Clarke/Carel/Honeywell etc. to get timely service support

• Provide feedback on field failures to all OEM team members for corrective action.

 

• University Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering

• 5– 7 years of Field service hands on experience working in HVAC/Pump/Building Automation industries

• Demonstrated knowledge of Pumps and Controls in HVAC & Fire applications

• Should have hands on experience in Electronics control panels in HVAC/Building Automation industries.

• Creative problem-solving skills, conflict management within different organizations (centralized and matrix organizational structures)

• Ability to break down complex problems in a simplified way, conduct root cause analysis and provide clear, well thought-out recommendations.

• Strong, team-oriented leadership skills with presence and a bias for action.

• Self-directed with ability to work autonomously and collaboratively and a focus on results.

i. Technology Graduate with 8+ years of experience in the IT industry & Information Security / Cyber Security
iii. Provide Security Vision & Strategy to the Organization, strategic direction, development, and implementation of information security programs and projects to address risks relevant to the attainment of organizational strategic goals.
iv. Experience in advising leadership team regarding Security Technology Land scape, product issues, and possible improvements
v. Expertise in providing executive roadmaps for continual improvement in teams, technology, and processes, process across various security & DevSecops teams
vi. Experienced in Information Security Risk Management, gap analyses, Audits.
vii. Hands-on Experience in formulating Cyber Security Policies, Design and implementation of Security Technologies, DevSecOps.
viii. Working Knowledge in implementation of Cyber Security Solution in Open Source, OpenStack environment.
ix. Ability to provide strategies to increase the ability to withstand cyber-attacks, as measured by annual sophisticated attack simulations.
x. Experience in upgrading, troubleshooting and tuning of Cyber Security Solutions, SOC Operations.
xi. Thorough understanding and good knowledge latest Cyber Security technologies, Security Architectures, vulnerabilities, security threats.
xii. Expertise in Test-Driven Development and establishing a DevSecOps practice. Multiple product launches under your belt - from design to launch, having played a key role in their success

Staff Software Engineer

You're more than a coder. You wil be part of entire product process, from conceptualizing till post- launch evaluation. You should have deep empathy for the users to minimize the gap between what we build and what they need. Have sound judgement to balance between code writing speed and it's maintainability. Knowledge of variety of server- side/ frontend frameworks is desirable but not compulsory
