• Senior-level understanding of server-client fundamentals.
• Senior-level understanding of multithreading.
• Experience in writing unit tests.

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, practices, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
