Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

·        Connect with clients and resolve their queries via calls, remote desk, and email support.

·        Resolve tickets generated by clients for technical requests and issues to ensure seamless operations.

·        Assist in designing and implementing successful software solutions.

·        Track user tickets and maintain resolution records.

·        Coordinate with the development team for feature enhancements and technical improvements.

Job Description for Data Engineer Role:- 

Must have:

Experience working with Programming languages. Solid foundational and conceptual knowledge is expected.

Experience working with Databases and SQL optimizations

Experience as a team lead or a tech lead and is able to independently drive tech decisions and execution and motivate the team in ambiguous problem spaces.

Problem Solving, Judgement and Strategic decisioning skills to be able to drive the team forward. 

Role and Responsibilities:

• Share your passion for staying on top of tech trends, experimenting with and learning new technologies, participating in internal & external technology communities, mentoring other members of the engineering community, and from time to time, be asked to code or evaluate code
• Collaborate with digital product managers, and leaders from other team to refine the strategic needs of the project
• Utilize programming languages like Java, Python, SQL, Node, Go, and Scala, Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases
• Defining best practices for data validation and automating as much as possible; aligning with the enterprise standards

Qualifications -

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Strong experience with data warehousing and data lake technologies (Snowflake)
• Expertise in data modelling
• Experience with ETL/LT tools and methodologies
• Experience working on real-time Data Streaming and Data Streaming platforms
• 2+ years of experience in at least one of the following: Java, Scala, Python, Go, or Node.js
• 2+ years working with SQL and NoSQL databases, data modeling and data management
• 2+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service.

1. Manage front desk operations, welcoming visitors and handling phone calls;
2. Schedule and confirm appointments for meetings and interviews;
3. Provide general administrative support, including data entry and filing;
4. Assist with recruitment tasks, such as job postings and resume screening;
5. Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation processes;
6. Maintain and update HR records and employee files;
7. Manage HR-related correspondence and communication;
8. Support basic HR functions, including payroll and benefits administration;
9. Coordinate HR-related events, training sessions and meetings;
10. Resolve day-to-day HR and administrative issues for employees and visitors

• Responsible for recruitment cycle which includes Screening resumes, coordinating & conducting interviews.
• Resourcing suitable candidates through different sources, such as: Using job portals, Employee referrals, Database, References, Networking.
• Posting Jobs and Fetching Resumes from Job Portals. 
• Salary Negotiation with candidate.
• Performs detailed reference checking and/or reference analysis of selected candidates. 
• Extends offers of employment to selected candidates within the guidelines of compensation policy. 
• Other documentation which includes: validations of certificates & documents, training arrangements, briefing of company policies and rules & regulations.
• Managing welfare measures, HR - Management initiatives, employee get together, team building activities etc. to enhance motivation levels, productivity and relationship building.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Total Rewards Analyst you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and administering the entire spectrum of total rewards and not limited to compensation and benefit policies and programs, which support company objectives and local practices. You will also provide HR and leadership with processes and tools that facilitate the administration of equitable quality programs and ensures a competitive market position for the organization. You will be developing and/or participating in compensation/benefit surveys to analyse company’s competitive position. You will be ensuring company compliance with government laws governing both compensation and benefits practices.

Responsibilities

• Support day to day compensation & benefits management and operations in the region to ensure alignment with business goals and a robust Total Rewards framework to attract, motivate, engage, and retain employees
• Overall compensation philosophy design – Building the system to keep pay equitable to market and creation of systems for delivery at scale.
• End to End Support to our rewards cycles (mid-year and year-end) including the review current offerings and plans for enhancements and changes, rollout and communication materials.
• Assist with the compliance and governance of compensation and benefits policies and programs, monitor market trends, identify risks, perform audits, and provide solutions
• Act as the first point of contact for compensation and benefits queries and issues raised by employees, payroll, HR, and vendors including managing invoices.
• Lead compliance and adherence to global and local instructions/policies, and relevant local regulations / legislations.
• Create and maintain the regional compensation and benefits content on the employee portal based on the current programs and policies.
• Conduct routine market research and provide timely compensation analysis and support for new hire offers compensation & benefits packages related to job changes and relocations.
• Can contribute to a collaborative work environment with the goal to improve the delivery of compensation and benefits.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service through using effective communication skills in written and verbal interactions.
• Are comfortable working independently/with minimum supervision and interacting with employees at all levels across the globe
• Manage enrolment data for benefits including reconciliation and coordination with vendors to find solutions and resolve inquiries.
• Work on benefits solutions during M&A Cycles, planning on budgeting and harmonization.
• Partner with global total rewards teams to derive and deliver solutions at scale
