We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer for our Core Team. The Core team is responsible for the platform comprising multiple microservices which drive Udrive, from onboarding to billing.

Your responsibilities

As a Full Stack Engineer (Node.js) you...

• will work with a cross-functional agile team on the backend systems that power our platform
• are somebody who is familiar with state of the art technology and development stack and best-practices, you have the option to contribute to the technology strategy and roadmap of the team
• significantly contribute with your day to day work and deliverables to the overall success of our product
• contribute to an engineering culture where developers enjoy working and keep learning
• You have close contact with our product and QA team and help them troubleshoot, debug, and maintain a high quality of our product

Your profile

• You have a track record in building web applications in agile environments.
• +3 years experience with any enterprise technology like Javascript and Node.js or similar
• You have experience using any frontend frameworks like Vue.js, React or Angular
• You have experience in test-driven development 
• You have very good knowledge of Git, development workflow automation and CI. Continuous Delivery is in our DNA.
• You have an appreciation for great user experience as much as for awesome tech architecture
• You are great at communicating with people, motivating everyone and getting the whole team on the same page
• Fluency in English

• Strong Knowledge in Oracle Forms and Reports
• Should be familiar with various triggers, events , canvas, master child forms, record groups , build-ins, properties etc., in Forms and reports
• Strong Knowledge in SQL / PLSQL concepts
• Strong in Analytical and Aggregate functions
• Strong in writing Procedure / Function / Packages
• Strong knowledge in the user of Cursors / Collections / Exception handling
• Strong in Datatypes, Constrainsts , index
• Having exposure to JavaScript and ReactJS will be an added advantage

What you need to have:

Work closely with Product Managers to drive product improvements through data driven decisions.

Conduct analysis to determine new project pilot settings, new features, user behaviour, and in-app behaviour.

Present insights and recommendations to leadership using high quality visualizations and concise messaging.

Own the implementation of data collection and tracking, and co-ordinate with engineering and product team.

Create and maintain dashboards for product and business teams.

Requirements

1+ years’ experience in analytics. Experience as Product analyst will be added advantage.

Technical skills: SQL, Advanced Excel

Good to have: R/Python, Dashboarding experience

Ability to translate structured and unstructured problems into analytical framework

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of total IT experience
• Minimum 4 years of Appian development experience
• Good logical and reasoning skills
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
• Ability to read requirements and independently work on a project with minimal supervision

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

• Collaborate with internal teams to define user interface requirements
• Combine various colors, shapes and typography fonts to improve user experience
• Paint by hand and use drawing applications to design original graphics
• Use visual design software to refine illustrations
• Apply sketching techniques, like gradients and contrasts to enhance digital images
• Present rough drafts to product managers and/or key stakeholders to gain approval
• Develop prototypes and models to use in various products to maximize aesthetic consistency
• Brainstorm new ideas, layouts and graphics
• Stay up-to-date with design application changes and industry developments

• Proven work experience as a Visual Designer, UI Designer or similar role
• Portfolio of related works (e.g. logos, animations and graphics)
• Hands-on experience with image editing and digital sketching software, like Photoshop, Indesign and Adobe Illustrator
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
• Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts
• Ability to meet deadlines while working on team projects
• Attention to visual details
• BSc degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant qualification

Job Description

We are looking Senior Performance Test Engineer for Trivandrum/ Kerala Location.

Skills:

Strong development skills with knowledge on performance testing.

Prior experience of interacting with UK, EU, US clients is preferred

Knowledge on Agile & DevOps methodology

Knowledge on domain such as BFS, Mortgages is added advantage

Tools:

Primary – JMeter

Secondary – BlazeMeter, Any other commercial or open source tool

Experience:

5 to 8 Years (look for skills as opposed to experience)

 Note: Good commutation is mandatory

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist performance test lead in all planning/co-ordination activities
• Participate in agile ceremonies as required ? Performance workload design
• Performance test scripting
• Test data preparation and data driving test scripts/sanity testing
• Test environment verification
• Test scheduling and communication
• Set-up/arrange for server side monitoring 
• Test execution and defect logging
• Primary results analysis and test reporting
• Capture lessons learnt and implement agreed improvement action items.
• Regular housekeeping of performance test assets

MUST Have

• 4-6 years of experience in application software development ( UI stack development )
• Sound knowledge of computer science fundamentals
• Proven ability to design and implement a complex (scalable and distributed ) application software on linux platform
• Hands on any of the language reactjs, Javascript
• Expert in software processes and tools ( Agile, CI/CD, Git, Jenkins )

Good to Have

• Experience in application migration to cloud
