Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced ArcGIS Developer to design, implement, and support GIS-based solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ArcGIS Pro, ArcPy, and GIS server configuration, and will play a key role in the development of new ArcGIS features and spatial data applications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and enhance ArcGIS features and functionalities.
• Configure and manage ArcGIS Server and related components.
• Implement GIS-based solutions within various projects.
• Provide hands-on training and technical support to teams transitioning into GIS or developer roles.
• Work with geospatial data including spatial, tabular, and attribute data.
• Develop and manage geocoding and geo-referencing workflows using ArcPy.
• Perform spatial analysis including map scaling, analytic overlay, and point source mapping.
• Utilize ESRI GeoDatabase and shapefiles for data management and processing.
• Integrate US Census geographies and map tiles into GIS applications.

Mandatory (Experience 1): Minimum 4+ years of experience in user analytics or behavioural data analysis, focusing on user app and web journeys

Mandatory (Skills 1): Hands-on experience in A/B testing, including hypothesis design, experimentation, and result interpretation.

Mandatory (Skills 2): Strong analytical ability to identify behavioral patterns, anomalies, funnel drop-offs, and engagement trends from large datasets.

Mandatory (Skills 3): Hands-on proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI for dashboard creation and data storytelling.
