We are looking for an experienced Software Development Team Lead to manage a team of developers, oversee project execution, and actively participate in client meetings and requirement discussions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in MERN / MEAN / AIML technologies, along with proven leadership and communication skills to ensure successful delivery of software projects and high client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the software development team to deliver high-quality solutions
• Conduct client meetings, requirement gathering, and technical discussions
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely project delivery
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers
• Coordinate between clients and internal teams to resolve issues
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, timelines, and quality processes
• Handle project planning, task allocation, and performance monitoring
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project status
• Identify risks and implement solutions to ensure smooth delivery

·      Strong hands‑on experience implementing and supporting enterprise MFT platforms, with solid exposure to SEEBURGER BIS/MFT.

·      Proven expertise in secure file transfer protocols and connectivity patterns (e.g., SFTP/FTPS/AS2/HTTPS, APIs as applicable).

·      Strong understanding of migration methodologies and integration architecture to analyze existing flows and migrate/rebuild integrations.

·      Working knowledge of SEEBURGER BIS components such as MFT, Process Designer, monitoring/message tracking

·      Experience in Linux/Unix environments with scripting capability (Shell/Python preferred) for automation/support activities. 

Technical Skills Required:

• Frontend: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.js or Vue js.
• Backend: Hands-on experience with Node.js, PHP, or along with frameworks like Express.
• Database: Experience with relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL,
• Version Control: Familiarity with Git and Git-based workflows.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with third-party services.
• Basic knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience working on full-stack development projects.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Work with development teams and UI/UX designers to ideate software solutions.

- Design client-side and server-side architecture.

- Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design.

- Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications.

- Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.

- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software.

- Create security and data protection settings.

- Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design.

- Write technical documentation.

- Excellent verbal communication skills.

- Good problem-solving and logical skills.

Desired Profile:

Experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JS, AJAX, Bootstrap, Jquery etc.

- Experience in Web Application Development using PHP/MySQL.

- Knowledge of object-oriented PHP programming.

- Understanding of MySQL databases and their declarative query languages.

-  Responsible for handling a projects using MVC framework CodeIgniter/Laravel.

- Design interchange of data between the server and the client using RESTful/GraphQL.
- Understanding accessibility and security compliance.

- Build efficient, testable & reusable PHP modules in latest version.

- Should have basic knowledge in Scrum and Git.

Ideal skills:

1) 2-5 years of professional JavaScript development experience

2) Understanding of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds

3) Comfortable working through the entire stack from the user interface through systems levels

4) Understanding accessibility and security compliance

5) Strong Logical and Analytical Skills

6) Experience in consuming web services (REST) and processing data (JSON)

7) Experience with SQLite, NoSQL, Redis or other databases

8) Proven experience in building API services using NodeJS Express and related frameworks

9) Good understanding of NodeJS asynchronous runtime

10) Good understanding of JS concepts on callbacks and closures

11) Experience in debugging issues related to memory leaks

12) Experience in building highly scalable and high throughput services with sub-second response times

13) Experience with ElasticSearch/Solr

14) Experience working in a collaborative team environment

15) Ability to understand and analyse issues across multiple vendors and interfaces

16) Experience with NoSQL queries

19) Experience in managing/mentoring small teams

In depth knowledge of all of the above is not mandatory but the nature of the work will involve learning and getting involved with all of the above. You would be working directly with key members of the management team to define and drive technical strategy.

Experience in the mobile space is mandatory. Please only apply if you have been part of building a mobile product. Since our product is mobile only, it is essential that you understand implications on the front end.
