What you will do:
- Working alongside client servicing team, and responsible for clear understanding of client requirements, and aligning the right fit candidate with the role, and providing best possible solutions based on availability of talent pool
- Suggesting additional upskilling based on client role requirement and ensuring the candidates are completely role ready and onboarded seamlessly
- Working on collaboration with training head and trainers to understand the skill levels of each Fellow, attending client meetings to understand client specific needs, nominating Fellows as per job role-skill alignment and also providing recommendations for upskilling needs and ensuring Fellows complete the upskilling program satisfactorily
- Continuously monitoring and improving the Fellows’ performance pre-and post-deployment, as well as analyzing client feedback, upskilling needs, retention and billability
