• 5-7 years of QA lead Experience
• Strong Credit Card Issue, maintenance and payments experience at least 3 years
• Understanding of ACH batch processing
• Payments clearing, settlement and reconciliation knowledge

• Webdriver.io will be great plus
• UI automation experience required like Selenium Java or any other tool
• Strong Requirement Analysis, test data, test cases creation experience
• Test scope estimations
• Coordinating with project stakeholders for testing

• SQL knowledge

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Identifying potential clients and partners, and reaching out to them to understand their requirements and counsel the students to choose Skill Dunia courses.
2.  You will be responsible for managing relationships with existing clients and partners, as well as developing new relationships to help drive business growth.
3. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. This may include creating sales opportunities, negotiating, managing the onboarding process for new clients and taking referrals to create new business ideas
4. Build sales lead through referrals and cold calling to generate sales (monthly target/revenue-oriented)
5. Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to plan and oversee new marketing initiatives

What you need to have:

- Coordinate with the team to identify staffing needs. Managing end to end recruitment of staff.

- Develop and cultivate relationships with various levels of management, candidates and external recruiting sources.

- Completing joining formalities for the new recruits including trainees.

- Closing positions within a defined turn around time and as per requirements. Maintaining good offer to joining ratio.

- Communication of policies and practices to the employees for positive environment & addressing their needs & grievances through meetings, open house, new joint meetings, etc.

- Lead employer branding initiatives.

- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.

- Ground level sensing of employee concerns/ behaviour, red flag and report observations to the seniors. Conducting Exit interviews.

- Ensure timely closure of Employee life cycle HR processes (e.g. Recruitment, Transfer, Leave Request, Performance Management, Progressions, Salary revisions etc).

Requirements :

- Must have experience in leadership hiring preferably for startups.
- Graduate or postgraduate (preferably in HR) with 6+ years experience in Talent Acquisition Manager or a Similar role

- Good knowledge and appreciation of HR processes, policies, and sub-systems

- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.

- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.

• Assuring web content is user-friendly with keywords for SEO benefit
