Role Overview:

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of sophisticated web applications, bridging the gap between complex backend logic and seamless frontend interfaces. You will work closely with cross-functional product teams, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into high-quality, maintainable code. Your contributions will directly influence the scalability of our platforms and the overall experience of our end-users, ensuring our systems remain performant and reliable under high traffic.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and implement scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot to ensure high availability and efficient data processing for our core platforms.

- Develop responsive, user-centric frontend interfaces using React.js and TypeScript to enhance user engagement and platform accessibility.

- Design and maintain robust RESTful Webservices to facilitate seamless communication between distributed system components.

- Deploy and manage cloud-based infrastructure on AWS to optimize application performance and ensure cost-effective resource utilization.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to migrate monolithic structures into a Microservices Architecture, improving system modularity and deployment speed.

- Write complex SQL queries and manage database interactions to ensure data integrity and high-speed retrieval for business-critical reporting.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated proficiency in building full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js with 3 to 5 years of professional experience.

- Strong command over modern frontend technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript to deliver polished, cross-browser compatible interfaces.

- Proven ability to design and implement Microservices Architecture and RESTful Webservices in a production environment.

- Hands-on experience with AWS services for cloud deployment, monitoring, and scaling of enterprise applications.

- Solid understanding of SQL and relational database management to support complex backend operations.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively in an agile, collaborative team environment.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced Bangalore-based office environment, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach to solving technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
• Build and optimise RESTful APIs and micro services
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to deliver scalable solutions
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Ensure application performance, security, and responsiveness
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews

🔹 Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js)
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
• Experience with Redux / State Management in React
• Solid backend expertise with Node.js & Express.js
• Database design, queries, and performance tuning in MongoDB
• Good understanding of REST APIs, authentication (JWT, OAuth)
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodology
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus

🎓 Education

• Bachelor's / Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related field

Requirements:

·       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

·       Minimum of 4 years of professional Python development experience.

·       Strong expertise in Django framework and its ecosystem.

• Worked on Latest Node js, REST API Design, serverless concept  (npm, Express Js)
• Experience in NoSQL DB Collection documents data modeling and design for that large scale projects  (Firestore or MongoDB )

Optional Skills

• Knowledge of Advanced GCP fundamentals like Google Load balancer, Google cloud CDN.
• Have explored new backends stacks like GraphQL Hasura Cloud.
• Experience in REST API caching and CDN configurations.
• Worked on Instant pages load with more Google Lighthouse score and worked on resolving JS error reports. 
• Optional: Knowledge on Google Serverless Technologies like Google Firebase Platform (Firebase Auth, Cloud Function, Cloud Run, Google Firestore, Firebase Web SDK ) Fundamental knowledge of Docker, GCP, and the modern Serverless concept, worked on Docker (Devops Fundamental knowledge on Docker, Deployment, CD/CI) will be good.

Built a collaboration platform - messaging, voice, video - to be used in mobile apps, web etc.

Responsibilities

• Guide the team : Help the junior engineers to unblock them and guide them on best design practices. Help in code reviewing on a regular basis.
• Responsible for code delivery : Pushing deploys on a constant basis. When working in a growth stage company, this part can be challenging as the speed of requirements is high. You will need to make sure you are able to push code on a regular basis.
• Design & Architecture : You need to have technical expertise in the company's tech stack and in general the frontend or backend infrastructures.
• Prepare thorough technical documentation which can be used as a reference by other engineers.
• Own your product : You will be responsible for the success / failure of your team and the product. You will need to work with cross functional teams, understand their requirements and make sure that everybody is on the same page.

• Past experience of working for tier 1 / vc funded companies.
