The Opportunity

We're looking for a Full-Stack Tech Lead who can drive the development of our new platform while mentoring a small but capable team. You'll own technical delivery across the stack (Next.js, Nest.js, Spring Boot, LangGraph on AWS), influence architecture decisions, and work closely with leadership on bringing our product vision to life.

What You'll Do

• Spend 70% of your time designing, building, and reviewing software across frontend, backend, and AI layers
• Guide a small engineering team (30% of your time) and lead from the front
• Translate product and business needs into system designs and execution plans
• Own the delivery of features and infrastructure that can scale to enterprise-grade workloads
• Unblock the team, champion engineering best practices, and build a culture of quality
• Contribute to architectural decisions and introduce new technologies as needed (e. g., queuing, observability, etc. )
• Be a mentor, collaborator, and the go-to person for complex technical decisions
• Advocate and implement AI-first principles in every layer of the product

You Might Be a Fit If You Have

• 6-8 years of experience building and scaling full-stack applications
• Proven track record in early-stage B2B SaaS or platform engineering teams
• Strong command over modern web stacks - ideally Next.js, Nest.js, and Spring Boot
• Comfort working with AWS and hybrid/on-premise infra setups
• Experience or deep interest in building AI-powered user experiences (LangGraph, LLMs, etc.)
• A strong sense of ownership, product thinking, and attention to detail
• Startup mindset: resourceful, fast-moving, and outcome-focused
• Experience with enterprise IT SAAS software (Salesforce, Oracle ERP, Netsuite, etc) is a plus

Eligibility: BE, BTech, MTech, MCA students

Batch Passout: 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026

1. The Full Stack batch (Python, React, ROR, Node) is starting from 3rd March.

2. The course fee is ₹30,000, which can be paid in 3 installments of ₹10,000 each.

3. The course duration is 3 months.

4. The training will be 8 hours daily, from 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday.

5. The training will be practical and hands-on, focusing on live projects using laptops and computers (no board teaching).

6. Each batch will have only 20 students, and the top 10 students will get guaranteed placement in BestPeers with a starting salary of ₹15,000 per month (fixed for 1 year, followed by an appraisal).

7. Before joining the course, we will conduct an interview to help identify your weak areas so that you can focus on improving them during the training.

1. 3-5 years of experience in UI development on Angular.
2. Hands-on experience of HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript, and Typescript.
3. Hands-on experience in Angular 10 or above version.
4. Strong knowledge of REST API.
5. Solid understanding of Object-Oriented programming and a Java background.
6. Ability to work independently and should have an excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
7. Should have strong Angular JS knowledge.
8. Experience in backend testing framework.
9. Good communication skill & ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
10. Node and MongoDB Experience will be an add on

Soft Skills:
1. Excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail to consistency minimize errors.
2. Professional, reliable, and possessing a strong work ethics.
3. Excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications. They will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
• Development experience with programming languages Python, Javascript, NodeJS
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Python and React
• SQL database or relational database skills
• Strong understanding of the software development cycle
• Self-motivation and the ability to work under minimal supervision are a must
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to interact with all levels in the organization

We are building a team whose area of focus will be web GUI development. This will be a horizontal team that will specialize in GUI development and will build GUIs for all our products. Our GUI development platform is a proprietary tool. It has an IDE (Integrated Development Environment) which comes with a rich library of widgets. It allows you to design the web page without having to go into details of the HTML/CSS, by using a drag and drop philosophy. Once a widget is in place on a page, one can define the database interactions of the widgets by defining the underlying table structure and SQL queries. In addition to SQL & database knowledge, the work also involves data manipulation using Java programming. Query performance and Java code performance and optimization will be very essential for work. So we are looking for good programmers with UI + Java + SQL background who are keen to take up GUI development as a specialization.
